Hi, I recommend you use Maggie's Farm mosquito and tick killer for your yard. It is natural oils and is safe for pets. It works great for me. Try otc ear mite treatment and if your dog has a ear infection she may need a antibiotic also. I bought a flea or fly bomb from the hardware store that is a aerosol can and you have to leave the house and take pers outside while it does it's magic. Cover kitchen utensils etc. Sprinkle salt on carpets and in cracks by baseboard. Wash all bedding and anything dog in contact with. If you got a good case of the flea's you will have to do this several times. Frontline the dog and don't bathe and reapply monthly. I don't have a ear mite treatment other than what I got at the store..or a vet. Keep tall grass cut and treat your yard for fleas and ticks. We do every summer. I'd talk to a vet since you are having trouble controlling the flea's. You other option is to get a insect bomb that fogs your house. I used it before and it did the job. It was for flys etc
