More importantly, if the elections are proven to have been rigged, it means that many politicians were put into power illegally - and must be removed. Many will probably resist, and refuse to leave. That could then require martial law (not the insurrection act) for the military to step in to arrest and forcibly remove them. If any of that occurs, the midterms might not even matter at that point. I hope this is what happens.

However, if the gene therapy transcribed the injected DNA into a person's genome, their own cells will continue to produce more spike protein, indefinitely. Thanks for the link - it was a really good article overall. I am already strongly biased against AI, and this article reinforces many of those negative biases.

However, I foresee a different outcome in the form of a massive anti-AI backlash, with a corresponding premium placed on everything that is handcrafted by real humans. High quality and competence fighting against enshitification. Skilled trades and onshore manufacturing rising to replace worthless degrees, etc.

I believe that individuals and organizations that deliberately swim against this rising tide of AI slop will ultimately enjoy huge competitive advantages, and will be rewarded accordingly (I hope).

First, I don't think any of these various visas are necessary at all. Second, I don't think there is any practical way to implement them that prevents fraud on a massive scale. Therefore, the only logical solution is to eliminate all of the visas for foreign workers completely. That is the only realistic way to solve this significant problem.

Note: I realize that they must be phased out gradually to avoid destructive shocks to US businesses that currently rely on the fraudulent visas, and also acknowledge that there is some truth to the complaints that US workers are lacking skills (thanks to the deliberately ruined public education). Nevertheless, I firmly believe that we must do what we can to fix the problems with the US labor force and end these visas as soon as possible.

I was under the impression that under martial law, all 3 branches of the civilian government are effectively suspended, and military courts would have jurisdiction. Good point - chargeable crimes seems like the right way to look at it, and probably explains why Treasury is going after them for their participation in all the fraud being found in every government agency, state governments, etc.
