They say the news is "boring" since I left D.C.

lol some of us spent four years wishing for the news to be "boring" again.

EDIT: banned, guess that was the final straw -- goodbye frens

Were the AZ results ever going to be today? I thought I saw posts here about how the analysis takes another few weeks, even though the counting is done.

I have a friend who would agree 100% with your username, from the total opposite side of the political spectrum; all he talks about is what a hellhole MN is.

I hope it all clicks one day, it's a hard way to live.

Rising GOP star, running for higher office, what?

Barr's been in politics for decades, he was Bush Sr's attorney general. This doesn't make any sense at all.

Rule of journalism: If a news headline is a yes/no question, the answer is usually no and the writer is trying to create something out of nothing.

I would expect his speeches to follow that pattern: vanilla and satiating, while everything's still up in the air.

When the chips fall and the audit gives him results to hold up (good or bad), that's when the speeches will definitely get interesting.

White liberal here, want an inside glimpse? Nicknames don't piss us off; they're for preaching to one's own choir, not angering the other side. Nicknames are the things you ignore on the playground; arguments are the things that change your mind.

You say "critical disgrace theory" and my response isn't OH, HOW CLEVER, HOW F**KING DARE YOU, it's Oy, whatever makes y'all happy, go for it.

But this gets into larger lib/anon schisms, and the weed is kicking in because I'm starting to overwrite, so I'll end it there before I soapbox my way to a ban.

Definitely could be him, could be someone else.

My issue with MacAfee is he's been toeing the edge of crazy for a long time (Johnny Depp / Michael Keaton was going to play him in a movie a while ago, because his life is so insane), which unfortunately torches some of his credibility.

He's kinda the Boy Who Cried Wolf, all grown up, and either the wolves caught up to him, or the pressure did.

Questioning Obama in front of cameras? Dear God, you wouldn't be able to STOP them from asking. It'd be a huge media circus and both sides would get lots of soundbites to relish and fume over.

As long as Nancy Pelosi is speaker of the house (or any Dem), no Biden impeachment articles will ever reach the floor.

Current House breakdown (simple majority needed): 220 Dems and 211 Reps -- won't happen.

Even if Nancy Pelosi loses her marbles and decides to impeach Biden for shits and giggles, it still wouldn't go anywhere:

Current Senate breakdown (66 needed for removal from office): 50 Dems and 50 Reps -- won't happen.

I hope to someday be identified as a quote-unquote 'Prophet' in a news headline; I'd put it on my business card.

TGA is great at identifying virtue signaling on its own side, not so much on other people's sides.

the companies best option in order to save money and "downsize" their staff, is to kill them with the jabs, not rehire/fill the position and replace them with self checkouts.

But why not automate the industry, and then just tell all the employees "Sorry guys, all y'all are fired, we dont need ya anymore"?

Why does Kroger want to murder all the employees first, when it can just fire them and replace them with automation? Isn't that what's been happening for decades now?

This doesn't click for me at all.

it's something to the effect of, I am not Q, I have never met Q, I don't know who Q is.

Great, but, I mean, what else was he gonna say?

Any site dedicated to one glorious cause will inevitably become some sort of echo chamber.
