My take is that Trump pulled some of these people to the forefront because they have key roles in the cabal and so that everyone knew their names. Fauci is a perfect example of this...he's been doing bad things for many years but it would have been tougher to pin things on him had he not gotten the visibility from Trump that he has now.
It's rather odd that, at the current time, Trump appears to be at odds with both of his former AGs. Coincidence, or part of the plan? I don't know, but things that start to look like a pattern always make my antennae go up.

I'm still not sure if Barr is good or bad, but Barr was brought out of retirement by Trump to be AG. He isn't a rising star or running for office.
