Ezra Cohen Former Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security is who you are thinking of, Which is NOT GhostEzra. I learned the hard way like many on Telegram after following folks for weeks then months in some cases. After a period of time, you discern the facts and if they speak them, usually it's some outlandish claim that gets them caught. So sorry, no source or list I can refer you to, just experience from myself.
I just watched this and was going to post, found this by doing a search as to not duplicate posts. I thought it was a great summary, when the hit the "Law of War" section it peeked my interest more. I think most people are not willing to invest 2 hours but really should.
Post-2035 is - https://qposts.online/?q=2035&s=postnum -- associated twitter post here -- https://twitter.com/RandyRRQuaid/status/1035509816335187969 -- think they just did a keyword search in which they found -- in which case there are 5, so basically they are grabbing at straws, either way here are the 5 posts containing "Peace through strength" - 1751, 1609, 1350, 1026, and 972. Now a person could apply those to the Law of War manual but I'm not going to LoLz.
