This was posted after five straight nights of 16 hour shifts with around 5 hours of sleep per day but thanks for the constructive criticism.
I will continue to strive for perfection with each passing day but I must say that I will most likely make more mistakes in the future so if this bothers you then you may want to ignore any post with my name attached to it.
To explain what each mineral does and which ones we are deficient in is a long study in itself. A good starting point would be to begin reading articles written by Dr. Mercola about mineral deficiencies.
As far as supplementation there are a plethora of Trace minerals multi supplements. Buy a good one that you can afford.
For the same reason you would if a group of people were continuously killing your loved ones, cutting them into pieces and selling their body parts.

I don't hate the wolf for attacking my animals and family but I would certainly kill it to preserve my homestead and my family.
