Wife and I are going through this. Reference point, in my 30’s, very athletic, in very good shape, eat well and I take tons of vitamins. Currently sick with this bullshit, whether it’s the flu or Covid, it’s kicking my ass. As mentioned, sleep, hydrate, take vitamins, continue. We’re at day 9 or 10 and I’m just now starting to feel better. Goodluck fren.
Family is going through this currently. Get ready for 9/10/11 days of downtime. The exhaustion and headaches were the ass kickers for me. Wife has a very painful cough and feels like she can’t take a full deep breath. We both have been doing all the necessary vitamins listed way before becoming sick, didn’t help.
