All of those factors could contribute to his absent mindedness of pointing a prop gun unsafely in the direction of the camera operator and doing unsafe things....of course he was aware of lax standards but the final shot may have been facilitated by his mental state. As for his child bashing recording, it wasn't pretty but it's never been repeated and I dont know what the kid did and lots of parents say regretful things. And I know some young teens who cost 10,000 dollars in vandal proofing activities. So some kids can really make you wanna kill them. That's my take.

This story opened my eyes to the possibility that movie sets are used to assassinate or sacrifice the undesirables for the cabal.

The armorer did not provide this gun. This is a real gun, not a prop gun. If you are not responsible you should not be holding a loaded gun.
