The one with the glasses of water is a classic 😄

Whatever happens in the cosmos is always fascinating. I just read the other day that you could fit all the planets in the space between the earth and the moon. Pretty cool when you think about it.

You are probably right that it was a massive distraction to take our minds off other things on the ground...and I have to hand it to you, with a name like "Shrimp Pimp," you've got my respect. Welcome Home, Brother.

"I CAN'T HEAR YOU!" Many pleasant memories.

True, but I would still love to get a hold of a 58 Plymouth Fury, a la Christine. That car was a freaking beast.

I actually switched back to vodka for the evening drink as I forgot to stop by the liquor store to pick up some scotch. I had forgotten how much I missed drinking it neat with maybe a slice of lime. Smirnoff's is pretty smooth, as is Tito's. Life is sweet having to make those kinds of choices 😎

Yup, gold, silver and oil were all down to zero on the debt clock. We have over 746 ounces of silver and are waiting for the day it is going to vault into the stratosphere. Fine by me.

Looks like either a 55 or a 56 Chevy with a 210 motor.

I made a crack about that in my class just to lighten the mood among students, and a parent went ballistic on me, lol.

Oh for God's sake, why didn't I think of that? That's actually pretty funny.

I remember my company commander looking a lot like that, lol.

Each day it becomes more and more of a challenge to remain in teaching. This video makes me sick. And guess what? They're black. Fortunately I teach in a rural Tennessee school, but we still have an occasional bus incident, and I am out there every day making sure the kiddos get on the buses safely so they can go home. We don't have the types of behavior problems urbans schools do, but I fear that urban creep will occur and eventually those problems will migrate to the countryside.

If we don't make an example out of these thugs, we might as well just sit there and do nothing to begin with.

Time to cue up Vera Lynn: We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when, but I know we'll meet again some sunny day...

Gee, I think I see a pattern. No, it couldn't be. How much you wanna bet that pointing out her incompetence will brand you as a racist? I'm also willing to lay odds that, given time, it will show that if you are a white chess player and your pieces are white, you're racist for attacking black pieces, but if your pieces are black, you're guilty of cultural misappropriation OR even though your goal is to defeat white, the very fact that you seek to destroy your white opponent on the chessboard you have the right to do in the name of social justice.

What in the name of God's green earth has happened to the human race....

Great job, Fester. Love the one with Spock and relative colors.

I supplement vaping with nicotine gum. I missed the rush I got with nicotine lighting up a Winston in the morning, along with a strong cup of coffee. I tried to smoke where it wouldn't set into upholstery or fabric, i.e. outside, and was never one to just flick cigarettes onto the ground or things like that. Eventually I just grew tired of the expense [although now vapes are almost as expensive as a carton] but hey, that's the price of an addiction. I'll live with it. I do breathe better, don't get winded, and still work out hitting the heavy bag in the garage. I consider myself fortunate.

Rural high school in east Tennessee here. Since this entire vax business started, I have had to cover other teachers on a regular basis. Doesn't really bother me, the kids are great, but I see every day firsthand what this bullshit did to our country. I remember the adults who took the jab proudly saying it was the right thing to do, blah blah blah - and now they're burning through their sick days like crazy and they can't understand why they're sick all the time. I smoked for years and never got a cold, I think it had something to do with the nicotine, but I eventually quit about twenty years ago. Ever since then I get catch two or three colds a year, load up on the chicken soup and 7-Up, stay away from other people and get plenty of rest. If I have to stay home [rarely do] I have the complete Jerry Lewis collection, the complete Three Stooges collection, and lots and lots of Looney Tunes. Life is good 😄
