Bet you could guess one of the few who stays...yep, Putin. Every world leader is clean except for him seems to be the message.
Now that I've written and thought about it a bit I'm more confident in my last sentence above. Attempt to soften their image and coax some back into the fold.
I think I'd need to watch it all again to pick up on more little nuances, but I didn't come away thinking it was white-hat influenced.
In normal Mike Myers fashion jabs are taken at just about all sides for the semblance of neutrality. And while there are little 'wins' for the conspiracy theorist, like vindication of being right, there wasn't a whole lot of 'red-pill' material. Ultimately, it seemed like a black-hat attempt to cede a little ground while justifying their existence.
It's a bit suspect when any 'official' document has things crossed out and edited by hand. Absent any other context or corroboration who's to say if it was the issuer or the person (before) taking the photo?
I lack any kind of software/ability to compare the blue ink for discrepancies, but that might shed some light.
If only more people approached 'breaking news' with <I wonder if anyone has made a post about this I can contribute to>. Somehow that fundamental step in proper forum/community communication is skipped by people who end up spamming the same thing over and over for a few hours. That or we need to get a hold of those Truth(Twitter?) anti-bot measures.
^ This is where I am at when reading OP. If our country is a house, the [original] constitution is it's foundation. There used to be very few people trying to undermine that foundation, certainly few enough that repairing/securing it was more than manageable (those forces also used to be external and easily identifiable). Now every "progressive" has their cold chisel and hammer out trying to bust chunks off. While liberals, their enablers, try and sell it as them feeling excluded from the house and just trying to dig under to get a roof over their heads.
Do we try to insert a new foundation without stopping the source of degradation? Why would we expect the replacement to be accepted and catalyze a behavioral change?
I would love for there to be another way, but stepping back and watching as the house collapses on top of them seems to be the only way they learn. [Probably can expand this analogy, we have a crane set-up to support the load...with a touch of slack. Lesson is learned by those who need learning, but all is not lost and we can lift things back up and restore the original foundation after.]

There is a real 'toxin', created in massive quantities over 30 years ago (not deliberately, just arrogance personified playing with things they didn't understand).
If dumped/disposed of 'normally' it would have decimated the planet (fauna+wildlife). There was only one viable filter to run it through...
It could/can not be mandated, only those who willing chose to be deceived were fair game.
[Although it's the toughest red-pill to swallow, it's important to understand that humans are not a part of nature...nature=God, humans=parasites or symbiotes living upon God. Best we can be is symbiotic, and just about all we have to offer in return is LOVE. Hard to see anything in that lose-lose situation as a 'right choice', but the alternative was total loss.]
I cannot prove any of the above to satisfy a human evidentiary standard. It's just something I know (or knew and have returned to). I've been digging and picking for more detail, but it seems I'm not allowed to know in any sharable/provable way besides the multitude of aspects to this 'pandemic' aligning under this framework. [lack of pandemic evidence(think empty hospitals, nurse dance videos), extreme narrative driving and silencing of those who might sway people away (everything short of usurping free will), fake/faulty tests, 'new' vaccine tech, flip-flopping and 'evolving' science....and on and on.]
Terrain Theory on medicine/health is the best place to start.
-Enzymes in the gut are not exclusive to the gut (travel around to do some clean-up elsewhere).
-Add resources required for proper immune function [most alternative covid treatments seem to follow this path; Zinc, vitC, vitD, etc.
-Limit resources the disease/virus/parasite require to survive or thrive.
My experience is with chronic lyme and I started treating it like this right around when covid hit...bit by bit it seems everything I've been doing has given me armor against covid, by making my body both healthy and inhospitable to foreign invasion. I can't advise copying me, as there could be differing factors from one situation to the next, and I put a lot of it in God's hands, but if you so wish you can look at some of my early post/comment history for some more details on my application.

What if these fires/food destruction is actually the destruction of poisoned food. (they weren't just floating the 'vaccine-infused' food idea, they were trying to sell it.)
Seems reasonable to me they see the tide turning against them and this was the way to disarm that weapon. They unloaded half a clip at the target and it appears bulletproof...maybe if they drop the clip and un-chamber their round they'll see mercy? Probably not, but certainly isn't going to help to keep shooting.
Personal/local food production does need to increase, so there is a positive spin even if this all proves to be fear-mongering. [Not so easy to say, 'relax it might not be that bad' when either way the pressure is somewhat needed to get more people to start gardening/shepherding.]
Approach it from a 'terrain theory' perspective would be my advice. Diet -> general pH balance is the first attack vector for change...think in terms of reducing the resources candida thrives on and altering the terrain of your gut to not be such a nice place to live :p
Picture a circular, mono-directional flow chart:
[Evil] -> [grounded empathy and love (TRUTH)] -> [Good] -> [Blind/ungrounded empathy and love (believing, buying, supporting LIES)] -> [Evil].
Think ouroborous...Evil being the head, consuming those subscribing to lies and following in blind love, thus creating the current that drives it.
Society/civilization/religion originally served to alter the dynamics of the cycle, allowing people to persist in Goodness by casting out those who were clearly incapable of resisting the current, and by consequence incentivized standing firm, somewhat bottle-necking the cycle. Modern society is a product of that dynamic changing and Good people being in much more constant interaction with 'the fallen' and the numbers increasing.
This is the war between Good and Evil, God and Satan from my (current) perspective. Heaven is when/where the cycle has been totally dismantled and everyone is 'stuck' at Good, the current/pull ceases. [In order for Hell to exist in this scenario it would seemingly require the removal of love completely, so I tend to think of that as a temporary/current term for those caught on the wrong side of the cycle. It's also possible this is bunk and heresy, but I'm throwing it out there.]
We all started Good, 'the fallen' fell into lies and deception, ultimately molding an 'Evil' counter-reality. Truth/accountability/confession and reflection offer a path back to Good.
Q has said 'no deals', but I think Covid really is their 'deal'...or way out of (at least public) life instead of the depth of true crimes being broadcast.
I've hemmed and hawed at the idea, part of me thinks that anything less than full disclosure and truth is a failure, while another part entertains potential value in minimizing any aftershocks/propagating waves from their removal.
God's justice is all we really need, but there would inevitably be victims of this principality compelled to unleash their bottled-up trauma in the form of personal revenge. If the proper targets have been taken out that explosion of negative energy would fall on innocent/undeserving souls and begin another cycle of passing the pain around. Hard to say from my limited perspective, but I can see that as a potential. (kind of fits with the second coming 'as a thief in the night', stealing away the world's problems subtly...also 'the end isn't for everyone')

Hold onto your memories of childhood and who you were before as I'm almost certain that's the largest part of your (or anybody's) true Identity. <something about only 'children at heart' entering the kingdom of Heaven>. Being an adult in this world sadly requires we add defensive layers around our cores (shields/egos/false fronts) and too many lose perspective, thinking themselves only as their outer layers.
You can practice taking them on and off, but they need to be identified first (how can someone take their jacket off if they think it's their skin?). I try to dedicate one day a week to completely shut out the external world . It's kind of like I live in the eye of a storm, not so much personally impacted by these tribulations so far, but hard to be blind to what's going on around me and not empathically suffer. One day a week pretending my peace is all there is seems to hold the balance atm.
Hopefully there's something beneficial in the above, stream of consciousness ftw.

If only there were a way to give people that use these bouts of terrible flatulence. Infrequent enough at first to just be an annoyance, growing to an unbearable saturation point. Very odd for sure. The crayon eyebrows are way too high, one could argue the 'lower brows' are shadows/folds...but following the bridge of the nose up to the brow seems to show the lower ones are just under the real brow-line.
Ultimately it looks like a mask...but botox and makeup and facelifts must all pretty much make your face feel (and certainly look) like a mask anyways. Add age into the mix and it's not pretty. Not sure I can argue it's someone else in a mask of her in light of that.
Personally, I'd be thrilled to find myself on a farm. Bonus that you're not currently/directly responsible for it's productivity.
The backbone of civilization is food, water, shelter(heat) upon which everything else is built. We all hope enough wake up that things don't totally break down, but if they do an older/non-industrial farm becomes the lifeblood of it's surrounding community.
