Danger!
I would never elevate myself up to Jesus' level and presume to know what he'd say to someone. Not even in jest.
We can repeat what he said and provide our own interpretation of what we think it means and how to apply it to our lives. But I think it's dangerous to put our own words in his mouth. I don't think he'd like that.
It's a photo of Jesus and Biden on a bench. "Caption the meme" means to provide the dialogue, which several other commenters have done.
Only God is able to see into someone's heart and judge them. Assuming to know what God would say to someone is offensive to God. When Saul was persecuting the early church, Christians would assume that God would smite him down, but instead Jesus had other plans which included turning Saul into Paul, and having Paul write nearly half of the New Testament.
Fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. Putting the words into Jesus' mouth to score political points is the opposite of the fear of God.
