If you looked for only good people in govt you'd be left with less people than you can count in both hands.

Ahh, that was just 2 days before the Saudi coup which took out an entire side of the pyramid.
Most likely this post was from the part of the Q team that was based off of Saudi Arabia (MBS's group, maybe MBS himself).
This was a huge operation and it was expected that there would be a lot of resistance, and I suppose it was hard to predict what level of pushback destroying 1/3rd of the Ruling Cabal would generate.
It's not a leap of faith though? There's a solid line of reasoning. All nuclear "events" thus far have been access-restricted to people with the highest level of clearance. The journalism embargos after the very first "bombs" were dropped. The need for the cabal to create tragedies to distract yet these supposed weapons of mass destruction never being used for that purpose, even when their entire system is faced with the threat of elimination.
Hell the very fact that a country ruled by religious zealots supposedly has these weapons and NEVER used it, despite them apparently being super easy to steal, would raise anyone's eyebrows if they sat and thought about it a little.
