You have an interesting Wish list. I'm hoping for a couple pair of nice dress socks.

Since federal and state are separate and independent legal systems, this is a "No, Duh" article, the type at which GWP excels.

I suggest studying the case law on this (Ex parte Garland) or, ideally, taking a Constitutional law class . The Supreme Court long ago issued a decision on this matter affirming exactly what the Constitution says. You are simply wrong on the law here but believe what you would like. As the old Simon and Garfunkel song says, "A man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest."

How amazing it would be someday to have a "journalist" ask hard hitting questions exploring an interviewees' beliefs rather than constantly injecting their personal opinions and argue with the subject attempting to show how clever they are.

It is a long-established buffer zone going back 50 years.

I do not see why that would matter at all. The US Constitution is very clear on the ability of the President to pardon:

"Section. 2. The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."

If the power had any other limit, it would have been out into the language. Even a "wise Latina" and a black who can't define the word "woman" justice would have trouble convoluting this crystal clear language.

I think it’s likely Biden will grant more pardons, including the J6 committee clowns. The only hope then is Biden’s “presidency “ is declared illegitimate and all the pardons melt away.

Otherwise, they will skate.

A member of the over 70 crazy liberal female broadcasters club. The best thing I ever read that was written about her was during the 2016 presidential campaign. Somebody wrote of her “Martha Raddatz would drink Hillary Clinton’s bath water.” That said it all.

I thought the constant insertion of the logo between scenes was annoying and I did not like the “herky-jerky” shot near the end of the video, it reminded me of camera work during an Earthquake. Otherwise I found the process of creation interesting.

Most people just don’t get it. Bitcoin is a perfect digital currency that will sweep the world as the premier store of what we think of as money. Fiat/paper is DOA. Gold is so first century: shiny to look at but as a currency, it cannot work in the modern era.

Buy Bitcoin or forever regret you did not. It is uncomplicated. The writing is on the wall if you care to open your eyes and see it.

Health insurers have had enormous economic windfalls since ObamaCare was passed. They play God with people's lives and often decline coverage that is clearly provided for in the insurance contract. Many victims do not have the sophistication to understand they are being fleeced or what to do about it. A new day is dawning and they should be nervous.

Key contractual ideas with any health contract is they must cover costs that are "medically necessary" and if the service provided is not specifically excluded in writing, then it is covered.

The best thing to do if you think an insurer is not following your contract is to file a complaint with your Department or Division of Insurance.

Sure hope they are paying this guy enough to discuss matters of national importance with truly stupid people.

Likely won't stop the continued persecution of the rabid NY DA's. The fact that even one juror would find this guy guilty of murder is sadly sobering.

You really enjoy name calling, don't you? You are not worth any more of my time. I guess anyone challenging a statement of yours or asking a question is simply attacked. Pathetic.
