Jury Nullification is when a jury knows someone is guilty, but chooses to find them not guilty anyway. It's the exact reason why we are tried before a jury of our peers, because it lets the community of citizens choose to nullify unnecessary laws.

In the case, the rebels were attacking a town, and the military stepped in to assist. That case had the rebels accusing the governor of being a rebel. So the sides were Insurrectionists and State Government.

100%. Only a few very hardened individuals I know have been introduced at all to the concept of Q. However, several have been introduced to the concepts shown in the drops and on GAW. New World Order, Roths, Central Bank, Sussman, Devolution, Azovs, Trafficking, Molech, Vax, Therapeutics, etc.
Logical and gentle introduction works well for those who resist awakening. At this point, almost everyone who wants the truth has found at least a big chunk of it. Not everyone goes the same depth down the same rabbit holes.

Hi again! I can help with you and u/AllowMeToExplain on this. Put simply, there are SCOTUS precedents regarding this that come into play.
The most important are probably Moyer vs Peabody, which said that if both sides of a conflict willingly agree that there exists a rebellion/insurrection (not who's right nor who's rebelling, just that one exists), then martial law and military courts become the Jurisdiction of the issue at hand. This would allow civil forfeiture in a completely legal manner.
Futher reading should include Ex Parte Milligan, in which the ruling said that the military gains Jurisdiction when the civil courts are no longer able to service their functions, but also ruled that the defendants held by the military for the purpose of rebelling against the United States dis not regain their rights after the events subsided IF the courts were not open or able at the time.

First, you're correct that criminal seizures require a conviction of someone; however, several "someones" have been convicted of smaller and likely connected crimes. Something like a racketeering case could connect a lot of people very quickly in one massive swoop.
Further, civil cases allow for seizures prior to judgements. This is to prevent property from leaving hands, being liened or leveraged, or otherwise becoming unrecoverable during proceedings.
Even deeper, Federal Civil Forfeiture has absolutely atrocious safeguards. Mere suspicions prior to any cases or indictment being presented is enough to allow a seizure. The defendant(s) are given 35 days notice to recover their assets from the government, which is basically "come to court for these charges, or lose your stuff forever."
This is a very plausible theory.

I'll only add onto this to say that there are a lot of people, self included, on this board and all throughout the entire Awakening who are constantly and vigilantly watching for any significant signs that we've been misled. Every now and then, things ping that radar (vax, bump stocks, leaving office), but we are able to find reasons for these in the long run (exposing Cabal, negotiation, control, Devolution).
This applies further to the risk that we're being misled on the spiritual level. Trump publicly calls put and glorifies Christ. He builds himself up often, but he humbles himself publicly before God. While the vigilant watch should never ever cease, even Q himself taught that we should question everything and everyone, including themselves.
Future proves past. They were telling us to question everything, and to vigilantly watch to see if it was Truth we are following. Looking back, this was also the ultimate safety measure, in case the Plan went awry. We were always the Plan, and the backup plan, and the final plan.

In short, the Lt Governor takes over in lieu of the Governor. If there is no R candidate for Governor for the race, you'd be correct. However, remember that Consent Decree. Kemp and Abrams are tied at the hip. If one goes, thus doth the other. This would mean the Governor race needs to be redone, with the newly elected Lt Governor taking office and holding down the powers of the Governor until the special election is held.
Or, if things got completely out of hand, FEMA runs all of our elections. But that's a near-total-loss scenario provided by Devolution.
