Some other things to think about is honey and turmeric. Honey can be sued in a multitude of ways. The antibiotic properties of turmeric are only effective when some black paper is added.

When I start feeling sick I boil water, put some honey and lemon juice in it, and drink it like a tea. I was recently turned on to turmeric, which I will be adding to the tea (with black pepper).

I wish I saw this video prior to recently attending my cousin's funeral in Canada. He was in his early 50s and, I'm sure, had taken all of the "required" shots.
