I wouldn't say it's a comeback. Trump never stopped winning. They needed to massively cheat to take him out of power, but otherwise he's got a near impeccable record.

You're making a false equivalency.

This group doesn't pretend to be an open forum for speech. Twitter does. This is a very small assembly of like-minded individuals who discuss a topic or topics of which they have common interest.

Twitter is a de facto public forum. It has global reach and exposure; EVERYONE knows about Twitter. If you tweet a political message, virtually everyone in the world is potentially exposed to it.

You can't say the same about this site. Anything you post here has very limited exposure to a relatively small group of people. Twitter has 73 million users in the US alone.

Excessive yawning is an indicator of high levels of anxiety or stress. This kid is scared out of his mind right now thinking that this jury might put him in prison for the rest of his life because they're scared of the BLM mob.

I've been calling them vaxxholes.

We have a law in FL that says no one can prevent you from flying an American flag on your residence (whether you own or rent) as long as it's no larger than three feet and isn't a safety hazard.

It's very common for a defense attorney to use psychological techniques during trial to humanize their clients. In fact, any lawyer worth his salt would attempt to do it.

This specific technique is designed to make the jury feel like they are acquainted with the defendant. They may not be consciously aware of it, but that sense of acquaintance influences the jury's decision on guilt.

Richards referred to Kyle as "Kyle" and not "Mr. Rittenhouse" 2 or 3 times then corrected by the person giving testimony

This is actually a defense tactic. By referring to him by his first name, he is attempting to humanize him to the jury.

Just a unsubstantiated thought. Maybe they couldn't execute the steal because they were afraid of the number of eyes in them and the levels of scrutiny seen in Arizona and Georgia.

Not directly. It was a federal contractor (McKesson) that was already working with the government to distribute prior vaccines. Nothing changed in this aspect except the prioritization of effort.

CNN just keeps clowning themselves with their non-stop vax propaganda. This story sounds like complete bullshit. Then again, Soliz could be one of their sheep followers and buys into all their narratives; making for an easy unfalsifiable story to advance the agenda.

It really is obvious at this point. It's sad that so many people fall for it every time.

Technically, yes. They can. You can ignore it and see how long it takes to catch up with you. This is the exact reason I didn't apply for any exemption with my company nor did I disclose my status.

When they come pushing at me to test, I'm going to tell them "no." They are already penalizing me for not submitting documentation of being vaxxed by increasing my insurance premium. If they tell me I need to test, I'll tell them they need to strike the penalty first. Until then, I paid for the luxury of not having to test.

Isn’t Mike Lindell going to the Supreme Court this month for a 9-0 decision too!

So far there's nothing on the SCOTUS docket for November related to anything Lindell mentioned... So I wouldn't get too excited about it.

Anyone know what this means? She studies the homeless and their diseases, malnutrition and drug damage?

It means that she watches CNN and fawns over Fauci so she thinks it makes her educated and compassionate. Then she goes around lecturing people about social distancing and wearing masks, squirms whenever she is out in public and someone gets within six feet of her, and pulls her phone out to record her confrontations with anti-vax and anti-mask troglodytes.

Eh. Maybe I'm alone here... I'm not really bothered by this.

This is a High School. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the students that came up with all of this on their own. These kids are old enough to understand why this would be considered funny.

Of course, the devil is in the details; I just don't see this as a huge issue.

I got in on DWAC at $13 and sold at $144. Made close to $50k.

If my experience tells me anything, it's that the huge pump is gone, so don't expect it to moon. You may make some nice gains, but be careful you don't end up holding the bag.

True. I bought at $13. Took profits on the dump at $144.

I had almost perfect timing, but TD halted trading right before it hit $175 and I wasn't able to sell until it started dumping.

Hate me if you want, but I just put $50k in the bank in 24 hours for my family. I'm not ashamed of my paper hands.

I got 250 @ $13.87!

My wife's jaw dropped when I showed her my day gains.

Do you understand what an "observance" day is? Election day is a national observance day. Apple doesn't codify in law that national elections must be held on that day. They are just noting that it's a day of observance.

Why? Because every year, on that day, even or odd numbered years, elections are held in parts of the country. It's the day of the year that everyone (except you) understands is the day that elections are held: The next Tuesday after the first Monday in November.

Why you've chosen this as the hill to die on, I don't understand. But here we are, your ego refusing to let you acknowledge that the federal law and a day marked on your calendar are not mutually exclusive. Elections must only be held on even numbered years because that's what it says in the federal law, ignoring the fact that nearly every state has adopted that same day as election day. Colloquially making that day of the year special enough to be nationally observed as the day of elections; independently of what federal law says.

Elections are held every year. Actually. Factually. There are results to prove it, which I've shown you. But go on about how Apple calendar dictates the law on federal elections.

Sir. Call your vet immediately. Your horse is severely underweight and is likely malnourished.
