This guy is a fucking shill. He should hang up his law degree because he doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about.

“As a general rule, if a federal statute and a state statute are in direct conflict, then the federal statute takes precedent and preempts the state statute,” Rutchow said.

THERE IS NO FEDERAL STATUTE, YOU FUCKING RETARD. It's a RULE by OSHA. There has been no legislative action on this... So guess what: the supremacy clause would not apply at all. Furthermore, the supremacy clause is not absolute. If the federal law exceeds the authority allowed it by the Constitution, then the state law takes precedent...

Now how do we know that this guy is just a shill?... Simple:

Although the state laws may not be able to block the mandate, business owners should obey them for now, said Rutchow

Lol. Come down to Florida and witness this happen with your own eyes.

Yes. It's just differing focal lengths. This does make us all look like retards.

Jfc... This is just lens compression. It's Will Smith, not some clone or replacement. Just so ridiculous.

These photos are taken with different focal lengths. The left photo is likely 15mm. (low background compression; things closer to the lens seem larger; depth is exaggerated). The right photo is likely a zoom lens with a 150mm to 200mm focal length (high background compression; scale is maintained and depth is lost).

Seriously, this clone/replacement stuff is so stupid it makes my head hurt.

I don't understand why the "D" doesn't cancel out....

Should be "Naan."

So... Bread.

In FL, they have to offer you exemptions and alternatives to getting the shot.

  • You can opt to do testing at regular intervals.
  • You can opt to use PPE instead of testing.

And the company is responsible for the costs related to testing and they are required to provide you with the PPE if you go that route.

So what you should do is neither accept or reject the requirement to be vaccinated. Say something like "I understand" or "Okay, no problem." This is so they can't refuse to hire you because you're not vaccinated. Then when you're hired and HR asks for your vax card, you can tell them that you're going to opt for testing or PPE as an exemption... If they don't allow you to do that, then they are in violation of the law and can be fined... (Just be prepared to be fired in the near future)

Nah. This argument is going to get into the weeds about the purpose of each object. They'll say a gun's purpose is to kill people, so it's an invalid comparison.

I think a better argument is car manufacturers. Say a car manufacturer knowingly sells a model with a flaw that causes the fuel tank to explode in some cases. They market it by saying it's a safe car, even though they know that some are going to have exploding fuel tanks. The government then grants them blanket immunity from any deaths caused by the exploding tanks. To top it off, any time a tank explodes and kills someone, the government tallies it as an unknown accident unrelated to exploding fuel tanks. The government then puts out reports showing that the cars don't suffer from exploding fuel tanks and that the cars are safe to drive.

And you can traverse those 1200+ miles at the breakneck speed of 20mph... Also you won't have to waste precious watt hours on useless items like air conditioning or entertainment. Windows? Forget 'em. You won't need such luxuries.

Seriously, there are some really stupid takes on this site, but this one is exceptionally stupid. Put a Tesla battery in the Babcock and it'll go 7500 miles on a single charge. There is simply no comparison here.

Sometimes. But not this time.

Colorado law prohibits anyone under 18 from possessing a handgun. There are exceptions, but none apply here. So this is going to end up with no charges filed, most likely. If they do indict, expect another media shit show and people outraged that a white man can indiscriminately execute black teens... This is the George Zimmerman case all over again... But with video evidence that the media and leftists will ignore.

So, basically, it's still hate speech when it's directed towards white men and Americans, but we'll allow it because otherwise we'll be mostly deleting the comments of black users...

Let's let black people be racist and hateful because it would be racist to stop them...

Fucking 🤡 🌎.

So the tyrants are angry and responding tyrannically to someone who stood up to their tyranny.

My favorite part about this is how these fucking Nazis say that his behavior was "threatening." They don't believe that. They just say that anything they don't like is threatening so they can justify their disproportionate response. Because they see "threats" as violence and see everything as a threat. So no limit to the viciousness with which they can respond.

They always feel the need to release a statement that no one asked for. And if someone did ask for it, they should just say that their focus is on providing their products and services, not commenting on current events.

These fucking people just can't help themselves but to deliberately step in the shit.

I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't watch a single moment of the trial to spout of this nonsense... Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if she watched it all and still made this statement. These people aren't just dumb, they're depraved.

I just recently had my full physical and my doctor asked me the same. I said I wasn't planning on getting it and he said I'm probably fine without it due to my health.

Zero. They will investigate if Kyle violated anyone's civil rights when he exercised his 2nd amendment right to bear arms while defending himself from death or great bodily harm... They did the same thing with Darren Wilson after a grand jury failed to indict him in the Michael Brown shooting. Time will tell if the DOJ has the balls to charge Kyle in the face of the available evidence.

So... Essentially no difference at all. Basically what we here have known for months, and tried to sound the alarm, but the normies lined up for the clot-shot anyway. I wish it felt good to be right about all of this the whole time, but it doesn't feel good at all...

Just to be fair, this is a satire site. It's really not subtle at all so it's not very good satire; but it is satire nonetheless. Also, it's run by leafs... So you kind of know what you're getting here.
