After looking at many of these videos , as a theory :

the victims who collapse and jerk around are likely due to sudden loss of blood flow to the brain, likely from the heart stopping - most likely from heart blood vessel blockage (people who faint often have these irregular jerks prob due to the motor system signing off)

the victims who turn their head and then body / often to the right - are likely having focal seizures coming from the opposite side of the body - and then spreads to have generalized convulsions - again likely due to sudden loss of blood flow to the brain in this case to one side - or bleeding in the brain - but since they die there’s probably eventually brain blood vessel blockage to both sides

in either case there’s sudden catastrophic loss of blood supply to the brain - as a likely danger of the Death Shots

Altepase / tPA has been widely used in stroke patients (blood vessel blockage) for years now, who present within the first 6 hours of onset of the stroke.
It has its dangers but the chance of having a favorable outcome with the stroke (no or minimal disability) is greater than the chance of getting a severe side effect of the drug (mainly bleeding).
Looks like the main effect of the Death Vax is blockage of blood vessels in the heart or large arteries outside the brain. Unfortunately when the heart stops like that it has to be first revived - unfortunately many will not survive.
The patients with heart attacks due to blood vessel blockage who are revived receive a different "clot busting" drug but in the same class, or through a catheter threaded to the heart blood vessels.
I'm not sure exactly what happens to the Death Vax victims who have heart attacks (but don't die) - they're likely treated the same way as other heart attack patients. Blood clot busting drugs, stents (tubes to keep the blood vessels open) or open heart surgery to bypass blocked heart arteries.

The AAPS is not to be confused with the American Medical Association (AMA).
The AMA is a less than worthless organization, selling physician practice and personal information before they were caught. They've also been receiving "royalties" for the CPT procedure codes widely used for billing procedures. Their website has a "Royalties Portal". From their AMA website:

The AMA have not protected physicians from the encroachment of managed care and large hospital systems wiping out private practices, from the WuFlu masking and isolation mandates nor from the Death Shot mandates. When the state licensing agencies and the individual American Medical Boards were persecuting physicians for speaking out against the China Virus and Clot Shot mandates, the AMA were nowhere to be found - unless they were siding with the vax nazis.
Nobody in their right mind would join the AMA. Good to have an alternative.
Several states require this bullshit course for renewal of medical and allied medical licenses. Also several large hospital systems that I know of. Washington D.C. requires LGBT courses!

Step One is extremely important, not only to prepare one's self for the coming heightened struggle, but also to be aware of and be certain that there is a Higher Power on our side, the side of righteousness. A movement as momentous as this requires God's help.
Could be a seizure starting from one side of the brain - in this case the left - with head and then body turn to right - but since they’re sitting or standing they end up being able to do part or a full turn before the rest of the seizure develops.
One can see the one side tonic posturing/ stiffening of the arm and /or leg on the same side as the initial head turn followed by shaking /clonic activity.
Why the seizure followed by death? Something as catastrophic as a large vessel sudden blockage (stroke) or bleeding can cause the initial one sided seizure. Seizures themselves can cause death (sudden death) due to sudden outpouring of these fight or flight body chemicals - but especially if there’s additional blockage somewhere say the heart arteries. Or the large sudden stroke causing the seizure and death due to the large size.
We know the major blood vessel effects of the death shot is blockage of arteries - hence the name clot shot. So this possible explanation is plausible .
