On the plus side, they're very, very small. Perhaps split the dose over the day? We use the horse-paste topically (non-flavored). Best thing ever for taking the itch out of a mosquito bite!

Reynoldmeds.com We've ordered ivermectin and hydroxychloroquin from them twice with no prescription required and no problems. It does take 3 weeks or so to come in. The cost on ivermectin pills was the same whether you order the 3mg or 12mg dosage. We got the 12 and use a pill cutter if needed.
