Yes that is probably true. We are always technically warming or cooling. I don't think the climate is ever static.

The global temperature has been rising since the end of the ice age. We are literally coming out of an ice age and so yes, the temps are rising. Is that rise caused by humans? If it is then they have to explain why the temperature is rising on Mars as well and show us how humans caused it.
