Yes, I do know I have Hashimoto's, I made sure to get my thyroid antibodies tested and they were really high. My TSH was high, while my T3/T4 were low. I know it's genetic on my father's side because many of my family members on that side have it, yet those on my mother's side don't. We've all likely had the same vaccines, however my own immediate family has had way less than my extended family, so I don't know if I can immediately contribute it to that. No doubt the vaccines don't help matters, though.

I've been reading up about Hashimoto's from Dr. Izabella Wentz's books, and they're a great resource! I've also heard good things about Dr. Brownstein's books too, but I'm going to finish Wentz's books first.

I'm on a leaky gut/autoimmune diet currently, feeling better for the first time in 6 months. I cut out gluten, grains, dairy, sugar, soy, caffeine, and alcohol. A lot of puffiness in my ankles and face is gone now, bloating gone, skin is getting better, etc. I still seem to be having a lot of hair fall though, but it appears this is caused by my really low iron levels. I've been taking iron supplements for a few months now but it will be a while until my numbers finally get in a decent range. I'm also taking a ridiculous amount of other supplements, since I was low on just about everything. Zinc, selenium, magnesium, calcium, D3, B-complex, NAC, inositol, and way more that I can't think of off the top of my head. I keep a list and schedule so I can always remember what to take and when.

Oh trust me I've already kicked gluten to the curb for the past 4 weeks, feeling better than ever, and a lot of puffiness and swelling in my face and ankles is gone!

I'm following Dr. Izabella Wentz's 90-Day Hashimoto's Protocol and feeling better than I have for the past 6 months. Kicked out gluten, dairy, sugar, soy, caffeine, and alcohol. I've learned more just by reading on my own than anything my doctors have told me. They basically said, "Take this drug for the rest of your life" and that was it. No mention of diet changes, adding vitamins I was low on, reducing stress, nothing!

I thought I would need iodine too, but by getting a blood test done and also taking a supplement for it and reacting badly I know that I don't need it as much as I thought. I still get plenty of iodine from natural food sources though. But I've also seen studies done that show that hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's has increased in Western countries after they started to add iodine to salt. Added fluoride in the water has also been a huge factor, go figure.

Yes it is genetic. Many family members, especially females on my father's side, have this same condition, and it generally affects women more than men. Men can carry the genetics but it doesn't usually manifest in them. However the foods that we typically eat here in the west does make it worse and leads to leaky gut and nutrient deficiencies, which is what made my symptoms worse.

I have supplemented with iodine and it ended up wreaking havoc on my body because I found out my iodine levels were normal and taking extra only worsens my condition. My condition isn't caused by low iodine, but rather leaky gut, extreme stress, and nutrient/vitamin deficiencies even though I was eating healthy every day, it still wasn't enough. Our foods, even the healthy ones, are so poor in nutrition it's a wonder this was the only issue I have.

That's what my guess has always been. They're going to make the steal so obvious that even the brain-dead idiots will finally see it. "An unprecedented 150 million votes for Kamala Harris!" Something like that.

Iodine is not always recommended for thyroid problems depending on what the main cause of your thyroid problems is. At first I thought I wasn't getting enough iodine either, so I took a supplement that had a huge amount, but after a couple of days I felt worse than before and immediately stopped taking it. After digging further and doing all kinds of blood tests I found out my thyroid problems was being caused by an autoimmune disease that made my body attack my thyroid and slowly destroy it. I also found out my iodine levels were completely normal. Taking excess iodine only worsens problems like mine, so I had to find a different approach. I've finally found it and have been doing so much better. The healing process still takes months to years, though.

I've been trying to find one, they seem to be scarce where I'm at. Regular doctors are only glorified pharmacists at this point.

I'm currently dealing with thyroid issues too, which appears to be genetic since many of my cousins have the exact same problem. I've been doing so much research and reading to learn and understand exactly what is wrong with my body and how to help it feel better without immediately having to resort to levothyroxine.

I implemented changes to my diet and lifestyle (autoimmune diet), started taking correct supplements that my body was seriously depleted on (after getting blood tests to make sure), and I feel so much better for the first time in 6 months!

I went to an endocrinologist anyway just to see if they had any other advice or protocol other than levothyroxine, but sad to say the doctor only offered levo and said, "There's nothing else that can help, your body will continue to destroy your thyroid, so whatever you're doing is useless." What a horrible experience! I was feeling better BECAUSE of the changes I made to my life, and yet the doctor blew it off because "only levothyroxine" is the answer. I don't doubt that levo can and does help a lot of people, especially those who have had their thyroids removed, but I wanted to at least try to understand my body, what it was telling me, and what I could do to help it heal.

Lesson of the story: doing your own research and reading gets you so much further than just relying on the industry to tell you "screw you, take this pill for the rest of your life."

Hmm...she's got the same strange hole in the middle of her tongue just like Killary, who also has a random laughing problem just like Kamel Toe. Kuru disease sure is popular among the corrupt politicians, isn't it?

I know, which obviously makes sense too, but with all the weird Satanic, pedo, and tunnel stuff around that area, just the shape of the road kind of gives me unsettling vibes.

I noticed that the moon appeared weirdly yellow last night and wondered why. About an hour later my friends were messaging that the Northern Lights were visible again (happened in April too).

Asheville Mountain Alchemy is a "vacation home rental agency."

Hmm, strange name for a rental agency. Also, it's open 24 hours?

Town Mountain Road is also known to be a road associated with Satanic happenings, kidnappings, and the like. See this archived link for more details, although we don't know how much of it can be verified.

Thoughts?

Makes you wonder what they're doing to the kids when they're all "asleep"?

Could be that the lower evening temperatures affect its strength. Not sure, I don't know much about hurricanes. Meteorological pedes might know.

They made a joke about the acronym in the tv show M *A *S *H when Hawkeye is trying to call America to inquire about his dad's surgery. The operator on the line tells Hawkeye he's trying to get through "Mars." Hawkeye is confused by this, and Winchester explains the full name as "Military Auxiliary Radio Systems/Stations."

Some populations can handle soy better due to their genetics. The same thing happens with Asians, specifically Japanese, being able to handle high amounts of iodine due to the amount of seaweed and seafood they've eaten through the centuries.

This is also why White populations can typically digest milk and dairy products better than others because we had a culture that consumed much more dairy for centuries.

I know, that's why I'm asking Him to thwart the motives of those who did make it.

I've also read that specifically it's the glyphosate chemical spray they put on wheat, rye, and barley that we are reacting to. It's also on other foods like fruits and veggies, and even bees can pick it up in their pollen collecting and transfer it into their honey. Nothing is safe!

I remember when I went to Italy for a trip I had very bad acne problems at the time. Cystic, painful, all over my face, just horrible. I avoided makeup in fear of making it worse and was taking medication for it, but the medication only made me nauseous so I stopped taking it while I was there. However I noticed that after only a week my skin started clearing up. It wasn't as painful and red anymore, and no new breakouts were appearing. I was eating anything I wanted there in Italy, even sweets like gelato, and yet my skin was healing! I went home a couple weeks later with my skin better than it had been in over a year and it stayed that way even after I got back to America. I am convinced now, years later, that it was the quality of food, water, air, sunshine, and LOTS of walking/exercise while I was in Italy that cleared my skin.

There truly is something wrong with our food here that causes people's skin to breakout, and to become horribly sick in general.

If people here want to know what Israel and Jordan were like only a week before the attacks last year I'd be happy to post them.

But mainly the thing I tell everyone about that experience is that it was actually very peaceful while we were there. There was no war, no combat, no scuffles, nothing crazy going on. The only bad thing about it was that there was a heat wave while we were there. But the locals were very nice to us tourists and pilgrims because, well, they wanted us to spend our American dollars. That may sound weird, but obviously tourism is a big thing in that area, and they want to make sure we're treated well so that we're more likely to spend money. (Something our government could take notes from). Even though the dollar is losing value here in America it still has a lot of power in countries like that where they prefer the dollar over their native currency. I saw the same thing even in European countries like France, Italy, and especially Poland.

Let's be honest, this strike is not going to affect government officials, millionaires, or elites, only us regular people. This is an attack on the American people.

Very well thought out and high energy post, FractalizingIron!

I'd never heard of the Zelensky theory so I'll definitely dig into that, sounds very interesting.

Thank you for not immediately saying "It's all the Jews fault!" or something to that degree, because while I and many others do understand that many powerful leaders in the globalist cabal are Jewish and only have bad intentions, we also understand that not literally every Jew, down to the lowest and poorest, could possibly be part of the global elites plan to destroy everything.

When I visited the Holy Land, not even a week before the October 7th attacks last year (Yes, really! If you're curious about what I saw before war broke out I'd be glad to recount it) I encountered only kind locals of many backgrounds. Muslim, Christian, non-religious, and of course Jewish, especially in Jerusalem. I particularly remember this nice older Jewish man who was selling little wares one beautiful morning. I took a look at what he had and decided to buy a few things that I thought were pretty. He spoke English very well and we had a really nice chat. I thanked him for the souvenirs and he wished me a blessed day. I think back to him often and hope he and his family are okay during all of these bombings. Does this man have any connections to the global cabal? The answer is obviously no. He's just a little old man who just happens to live in Israel and happens to be Jewish. There are many Christians and Muslims who live in Israel as well.

The point of my story is to remind us that not literally every Jew is "in on it," just like not every American is out to destroy our country from the inside. Obviously WE, and others like us, want to save it! Just because there are corrupt people at the top doesn't mean that we're all secretly demons. Same goes for any group of people in any country. Now obviously there are some places and some peoples that unfortunately have more bad actors in them than good, but in my opinion even in the darkest places there is always some kind of good trying to survive. Reminds me of LOTR where even in Mordor there are bright stars in the night sky "that no shadow can touch."

On the one hand I'd be glad if all these "elites" went away, on the other hand I want to see them all put before a trial stand, judge, and jury, where the jury says "We find So-and-So Celebrity guilty on all charges. They're a disgusting, evil, twisted, and purely demonic pedophile, murderer, and cannibal. Also their music and movies suck. Next!"

Which do y'all prefer frens?
