They are the frontrunners of the team. In economics, in rallies and etc. Meanwhile Q is the backup team. We get to discern the subtle details missed out by the main crowd.

The plan need to be tight. Let your plan be as dark as the night and strike as fast as lightning flashes in the dark. Its inevitable that the main crowd falls behind, perhaps by design.
