Now, you say "then who is Q+ if not POTUS" in a discussion about who are the 3 non military members of Q team. ...there is nothing that says Q+ is someone who knows the whole plan. Maybe Q+ is meaning that person knows 97% of what the plan is while Q Proper would be inclusive of the 3 non-military personell of the 10 that know 100%.
2nd) As mentioned above if Trump is Q+ (meaning: knows 97% of the plan but NOT the whole 100% plan) then that protects him and the cause. As a president NOT KNOWING can be just as critical as knowing. For simple example, Q may have thought to not directly tell TRMP about the the boards/platform where Q drops hit.
((SIDE NOTE: it is crazy to think TRMP ever directly posted on 8KN/4CN as Q - think about it. Those boards have HIGHLY problematic content that could be used to schmear TRMP. He is kept safe such association and he'd never be put in such a wreckless and easily available position. ))
Not knowing about the specific site gives him plausible deniability if/when tied to that board. And since the boards are such an instrumental element to this movement, one can see how it is far more likely that TRMP is not Q and is not 1 of the non-military as the primary qualification is to know the whole plan.
