If you are getting resumes from senior level employees at big tech, it could be because big tech is a living hell for conservatives. It is also really bad for moderates. Working at Big Tech as you move up and need to share your "opinions". A single wrong or poorly worded "opinion" that differs from the politically correct narrative and you get your HR record flagged! Next thing you know you are sitting in a meeting with HR answering questions about something you said 3 months ago that a PC warrior wont let go.
Make them take a lie detector test as a condition of employment. Questions related to their support/ agreement with US Constitution, rule of law, ethics, etc.
If they share Gab’s values, they shouldn’t feel threatened by the test.
Lie Detector Tests are not reliable and that is why they cannot be used in a court of law.
They are now admissible in federal court.

Gab would be crazy to hire these people - not only do they represent a security risk but they also chose to remain at companies that were undermining our country. Maybe I'm harsh, but our country is at a pivotal point - We don't have the luxury of taking risks with people who can't be trusted to uphold our constitution.
