Something would need to happen to Chuck Grassley as he's next in line after Pelosi for that to be true. I thought military tribunals will be used to straighten out the election fraud instead of your idea of Pompeo simply appointing Trump as VP. We can have the delayed inauguration in early March after the military tribunals confirm that Trump won.

does anyone here remember when Pompeo said on Fox news that China "seeded" (he used that word) the virus? It blew my mind, it was obviously swept under the rug, but for him to say it in that way made me believe there is huge shit going on in the background. I personally believe Trumps admin was holding information back to prevent WW3 with china, or perhaps with the USA as the bad guy since some bad actors in our country may have had a hand in creating and seeding the virus.

Why not Trump?
I'm not the best person to answer this question because I've only read about it here and there on this sub so take it with a grain of salt please but what I remember is people theorized that IA will be enacted, people will be arrested. Biden will not be president. That means that Nancy would be acting president. However, Nancy is likely going to be involved in the arrests if IA is acted.
If there is no acting president, then presidency goes to speaker of house. If there is no speaker of the house, it goes to Pompeo.
So this tweet seems to be either straight up them giving up and him stepping down (which I don't personally think is happening), or Pompeo saying that "we won, I know we won, Future Proves Past"
Because he has to be seen as a neutral party. Pence, Pelosi, and Grassley will be arrested, so SoS is next in line.

What he "means" is that all U.S. federal agency employees are subject to National Archives rules and regs. No big deal. It's part of the public record, that's all.
Also, it's why many folks included "@RealDonaldTrump" in their tweets (when Trump was online there); because archiving is part of federal law, if you tweeted at the POTUS, then the National Archives by law had to keep a record of that.
