Yes and it is wonderful to see. All those haters. Reminds me of those 'Stricktest Parents' type programmes where the difficult/spoiled children go away with some parents that are very disciplined........they hate it at first, but then they get their respect for what they are getting them to do, then they begin to appreciate their parents and when they go home they are generally a changed, grateful person.

The Gateway Pundit had an article on this recently, suggesting that VA also has some serious questions of voter fraud, and ought to be audited. It's just not thought of as much at least in part because the six states with most of the legal cases had so much blatant evidence of it.
But even if it doesn't flip >500,000 votes, it does make it more likely that other states would follow suit.

Its true here in Va. Just compare 2016 vote numbers to 2020. Chesapeake and Va Beach went to Trump by a good margin in 2016. Biden supposedly won both in 2020 by good margin but overall numbers are questionable also. Trump's numbers increased but Biden's were unbelievable.

SCOTUS judge Alto, literally a week PRIOR to Nov. 3 elections clearly ruled, in a published opinion, that ONLY the PA state legislature is able to mandate and/or change election rules and laws.
Please remind us how that, in any way, affected PA to piss on the ruling.
WI Supreme court invalidated 200,000 ballots a week PRIOR to Jan. 6 electoral vote count easily handing the state of WI to Trump. The ONLY thing WI state legislature did, with GOP majority mind you, is issue a letter promising they will deal with such issues in future elections. In my opinion, all of the evidence and rulings were delayed to get Biden in. They wanted to get in, take over, and then say it is too late to change it now, regardless of the facts that come to light afterwards.

If elections were illegal according to state constitutions, the EC certification cannot be valid, regardless of if there was fraud or not. In other words, those EC votes will have to be nullified. Neither candidate gets them.
If this is proven to be true in enough states, Biden will not have received more than 270 legal EC votes. Biden's inauguration would have to be ruled invalid because it will have been impossible for him to have won.
Now note that SCOTUS has not dismissed the PA case, though they could have by now. I know no one trusts SCOTUS after the Texas fiasco... but think about it. All three Trump picks voted against Trump? That just doesn't smell right to me... I think that was to establish the optics of neutrality.
If that is the case, then SCOTUS is just waiting patiently for all the pending states' lawsuits to reach them, because if the combined EC vote total of all the state cases is enough to change the outcome of the election (it will be), they can rule that there was no EC winner. Therefore Biden did not win and his inauguration is not valid. Constitutionally, SCOTUS would have to rule for a House Delegation vote to occur (1 vote per state) to determine a winner.
Trump was already favored to win a House delegation vote in January by a slim margin, well the house is even more republican now than it was then, so bingo bango ipso facto Trumpo victorioso.

I read both the op article and your linked article trying to find an answer to the question you posed. It looks like the injunction from October was a complete joke.

The judge ordered them to uphold the illegal law back in October. This new order looks to correct that. (At least that’s my understanding)

The headline here is somewhat misleading. The court already blocked tabulation of the relatively tiny number of ballots affected by the policy change before the November election, so this is just confirming the rule that was already followed in Virginia on election day.
The court here just approved a consent decree Virginia's elections board had already agreed to. The practical effect is that they can still use the USPS barcode to establish a ballot was mailed by election day when the envelope has an illegible postmark, but can't just rely on the voter's signature date if there's no postmark at all.
This is the correct result. But it's the rule that was already followed in November.
