"CDC Issues Order That Makes Not Wearing A Mask on Public Transportation a Federal Crime,What?..." Matt Crouch I’d love for some constitutionalists and attorneys to educate me on how the CDC can issue anything that becomes a mandate or a law? How is this even possible?" I don't know the answer to your question. But right now the federal government is not operating constitutionally at all. Many state govs too.

Tyranny has been installed. But We the People will not tolerate it.

Well hopefully the military won't.

No such thing as federal crime. Federal law is civil. Corporate law has criminal elements they claim are federal law. Research Admiralty and Maritime law. Very eye opening.

The definition of the word federal is contract. So when i see "federal crime" i think contract crime. Now, show me the contract i am in breach of.

This is the correct answer. I lost count at how many times my governor (Cuomo) has said "It's the law for you to socially distance....It's the law for you to wear a mask...It's the law for you to be quarantined."

No, it isn't the LAW. Laws are made in consultation with state legislatures. Everything above was done by executive order - which is not law. It's the musings of one, power drunk tyrant in the Governor's mansion.

Surpringly (at least to me) it looks like they actually have quite a bit of authority.

United States Federal Laws and Regulations for Control of Communicable Diseases United States Code The United States Code is a consolidation and codification by subject matter of the general and permanent laws of the United States. Sections 264-272 of the following portion of the code apply: Title 42 – The Public Health and Welfare, Chapter 6A – Public Health Service, Subchapter II – General Powers and Duties, Part G – Quarantine and Inspection. Not exactly, the authority is derived from laws going back at least 100 years. The links to the actual statues are available in the link I provided previously. I'm reading through some now, and it's a bit scary actually.

“Law” and “statute” are different from each other as a law refers to some common rules made and followed by the society for a long time which are still being followed. These are not necessarily written whereas a statute refers to laws which have been passed as bills by the legislature of a country or have been written down and are consulted for use. http://www.differencebetween.net/language/words-language/difference-between-law-and-statute/#ixzz6lG2qJc6W

The supreme court has basically already ruled that masking is constitutional. (this is a copy of another comment of mine, but I think it shows the intent of the courts)

But the Supreme also said this (note, I am not arguing the merits, simply sharing the legal justifications for such mandates)

in Jacobson v. Massachusetts. In the midst of a small-pox outbreak, local authorities could mandate vaccination on penalty of a fine for refusal: “Upon the principle of self-defense, of paramount necessity, a community has the right to protect itself against an epidemic of disease which threatens the safety of its members."

And this

Our Constitution principally entrusts “[t]he safety and the health of the people” to the politically accountable officials of the States “to guard and protect.” Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U. S. 11, 38 (1905). When those officials “undertake to act in areas fraught with medical and scientific uncertainties,” their latitude “must be especially broad.” Marshall v. United States, 414 U. S. 417, 427 (1974). Where those broad limits are not exceeded, they should not be subject to second-guessing by an “unelected federal judiciary,” which lacks the background, competence, and expertise to assess public health and is not accountable to the people.

https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/19pdf/19a1044_pok0.pdf

Which was then used in Florida to uphold a mask mandate, after being challenged by citizens. Where they said this:

“no constitutional right is infringed by the Mask Ordinance’s mandate … and that the requirement to swear such a covering has a clear rational basis based on the protection of public health.” More to the point, the Court continued, “constitutional rights and the ideals of limited government do not … allow (citizens) to wholly shirk their social obligation to their fellow Americans or to society as a whole…. After all, we do not have a constitutional right to infect others.”

"According to RFK Jr., the CDC is not an independent government agency but is actually a subsidiary of Big Pharma.

Greenmedinfo.com reports: Mr. Kennedy told EcoWatch, “The CDC is a subsidiary of the pharmaceutical industry. The agency owns more than 20 vaccine patents and purchases and sells $4.1 billion in vaccines annually.”

CDC is also listed on Dunn & Bradstreet (only for private companies) as a for-profit company.

That's very interesting. However, given what the Supreme Court has already said about masking, I highly doubt any attempts to challenge the CDC mandate is going to be successful. We'll see though, if lots of people aren't complying, they'll probably give up enforcing it. Wouldn't want to be one of the people they make an example out of though.

This is not just to dehumanize but also to make us comply with their will.

It is also making people sick AND taking down their immune systems. Lots of people are getting bacterial pneumonia from wearing them. Kids especially.

I also think they want as many of us to take their vaccines as possible. I believe they are meant to kill off as many of us as they can. If not right away later on when no one will equate it to their COVID Vaccine.

I had this thought very early on, I honestly figured that they would use the AI and face recognition software to identify the people that just said fuck masks - making it way easier for anyone who disagreed with masks to be identified and later rounded up...

I chalked myself up as crazy when I had that thought clear back in mid early 2020.

I don't seem so crazy now, but I am concerned that I wasn't wrong.

Or you could go the other way and wear everything like that of another person, shoes, mask, etc.
Walk with same gate, shop the same place, etc. Effectively twin another person.
Payment could be a problem, but of that other person used cash you're all set.

In the beginning the theory I heard was that the masks would help with facial recognition. I thought it was crazy. How is it possible for them to recognize faces with just the eye area?

But then I started seeing all these idiots on Instagram posting pictures of themselves with masks on, and tagging each it other. Then it clicked for me. People are helping the A.I. improve the facial recognition algorithms. After all, they have that creepy ability to automatically recognize and categorize pictures by individuals. This mask thing is is just helping them fine tune that ability.

▲ 1 ▼
– CrackerJack2 1 point 5 years ago +1 / -0

Well,
I think teeth are a natural, and almost permanent, unvarying facial recognition item.
Dental records are used a lot to identify so there's that as well.
Those dentists are always pushing a full 3d scan of people's teeth so there you go.

Flesh can vary a lot more, depending on year and edema (water load, etc.).
Retina scans or eye features are very good, but that probably can't happen if farther than 5 -10 feet or so. That's where one's gate comes into play.
Identification is made at farther distances via someone's walking gate.

Everything you said!

The Supreme Court has held that adults have the right to personal autonomy in matters relating to their own medical care. Adults, as long as they are competent to understand their decision, have the right to refuse medical treatment, even life-saving medical treatment, though a state may require clear and convincing evidence that a person wanted treatment ended before it allows termination. A state may restrict family members from terminating treatment for another, because this right belongs to each individual.

Well even under Administrative law, they have to give notice and comment period before an agency rule has the force of law. Also there has to be a statute delegating the authority to them to pass such a rule. Without knowing if such a statute exists or having read it, the rule is likely invalid but most people will be too afraid to challenge Federal law enforcement.

If you LET unelected officials dictate the "laws", they will dictate the laws that govern your life.

The American public has been asleep at the wheel and allowed congress to delegate thier authority to agencies like the EPA and the CDC.

Were you expecting something different?

How many "agencies" can control your life? Do you even know? I imagine the Bureau of Land Management even dictates what you can do with your own property. There's probably some National Highway and Safety Traffic Adninistration law that says you cant put a wreath on the front of your car at Christmas time because it might offend someone.

Think, sheeple. Take your lives back.

It used to be that congress had to vote on every new regulation that a 3 letter agency wanted. But at some time the congressmen got lazy, corrupted, paid for, whatever. They passed a bill allowing most 3 letter agencies to create their own regulations. No I don't remember the bill or even the time frame but it happened. Now the EPA, BLM, CDC, etc all get to do their own thing. It's referred to as "REGULATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION" The most egregious one was Obammy's "waters of the united states " rule. Trump had it done away with. It regulated ALL water. Even what you caught off your own roof into a rain barrel, or the mudholes in your driveway. It kept many Americans from building on their own property because there could be a chance for standing water. It was a regulation designed by the EPA so that it gave them authority over anyone they wanted to attack/destroy politically/ destroy financially, etc...Under Biden it will be back no doubt.

politicians should wear maskING TAPE over their mouths AND noses.
We'd be completely safe after a about 5 minutes or so.
Someone please slip in "ing tape" to this retarded order.
Let's see who wins the Darwin prize.
Could be quite a lot of state funerals all at once.

If you click any of the links in the article it takes you to a Celine Dion weight loss article. It’s click bait The CDC cites “guidelines” and then other agencies like TSA would attempt enforcement “infractions” By pointing back to the CDC saying this is what they have declared a fact

I am searching as we speak for an official opinion. Muddy waters though when they [unofficial sources] claim extended powers and authorities for the CDC in times of crisis.

Agreed. I went to the cdc website (ugh) and its language is all “guideline”s.
In digging i found this. They are power grabbing through HHS.
