Thomas Wictor @[email protected] The people who did it will be exposed, and then we'll learn that a political solution was crafted before January 20.
There will almost certainly be more strategic deception about who was really in power the whole time.
But we'll all be made to see that China was behind this disaster, so people won't be prying for the details.
I can't tell you what WILL happen, but think of THIS:
Trump figured out how to do a clandestine devolution.
Isn't it time to finally have faith in him?

Thomas Wictor @[email protected] The devolution took place because there was no constitutional line of succession.
The correct vote count changes the composition of the House and Senate, and it nullifies the Biden administration.
But there are no laws OR constitutional avenues to solve this mess.
The ONLY solution is devolution.
For now.
It won't last for very long, because the military does NOT like this.
So my guess is that we're going to see the presentation of the theft operation.

Thomas Wictor @[email protected] Devolution happened NOT because the armed forces disagreed with a president.
It happened because our global enemies helped STEAL an election in order to install a puppet who is a de facto enemy agent.
We don't know what happened after January 6 and before January 20.
In order to make devolution perfectly legal and constitutional, Congress would have to have been involved.
My guess is the feud between Trump and McConnell is strategic deception.

Thomas Wictor @[email protected] Trump trained the military for this.
And they did it because they have PROOF that it's necessary.
No soul searching was involved. It's not like Seven Days in May.

Thomas Wictor @[email protected] It's an open secret that multiple countries have converted transports into strategic bombers.
With electronic warfare (EW) defenses, they can cut through anything the Russians have.
The Germans have a STRATEGIC cruise missile.
And the Gulf Arabs can spoof spy satellites.
I have no doubt that we could pitch in without the Biden administration knowing.
But ALL the military knows that something is up.
They just don't know that we're in devolution.
That's by design.

Thomas Wictor @[email protected] Internationally, our allies are holding down the fort.
Believe it or not, NATO is now totally kick-ass.
The Norwegian socialist in charge turned out to be one of Trump's strongest supporters.
He DELEGATED responsibilities, so that smaller countries became pure special-operations units.
Guess which country when on the most dramatic rearmament program on record?
Germany.
Israeli instructors. The German Panzegrenadiers ARE as deadly as they look.

Thomas Wictor @[email protected] Devolution explains the MASSIVE military air traffic.
Nobody in the Biden administration knows or cares about it, because we're all about bullshit now.
The new Secretary of Defense is interested only in race and climate change.
Biden is senile, and everybody else is working on how to punish Trump AND line their pockets.
Domestically, the states are picking up the slack. Fighting back tooth and nail.

Thomas Wictor @[email protected] The military rule we're now experiencing is called "devolution."
Trump and the armed forces implemented devolution to PRESERVE the country, not take it over.
Although the devolution staff is in charge, there's no doubt whatsoever that Trump and Pence are "advisors" whose recommendations are considered orders.
BUT.
I'm sure Trump and Pence don't give advice unless asked.

Thomas Wictor @[email protected] THREAD
MUST READ by @StevenDouglas
Concerning our stealth military rule right now.
Steven goes into the details.
I'll emphasize a few points not related to Steven's thread.
It all depends on COMPARTMENTED actions.
Such as the Men in Black.
One doesn’t have to be onboard with Q in order to show us the truth. Wicktor found it. He shared it. I couldn’t care less what he thinks of anything Q. X22 Report believes we aren’t in devolution yet. Wicktor proved we are. If anything, when someone doesn’t believe in something but yet sees the outcome clearly, that’s AWESOME. Wicktor should be thanked, not excoriated.
Indeed. The criticisms remind me of similar ones regarding Rush Limbaugh.
Rush would discount anything remotely "conspiratorial" . I even remember hearing him cutoff a very interesting guest discussing anomalies about the explosion of TWA flight 800 out of LaGuardia. It made him uncomfortable.
But I'm okay with that - I just know his limits as a source of information, and look elsewhere for other things. But what he did he did very, very well, and gave a voice to millions of everyday conservatives, and exposed the lies of the Democratic Party. He is and was irreplaceable.
Back to Wictor. One sees what one can see. Not convinced of Q? I don't care. I won't go to him for that. But when things fall within his wheelhouse, I like his analytical skills. And I don't think he feels threatened at all by similar intellect. "I know what I know, and to hell with you if you don't see it." Okay, I'm fine with that.. We're free to read it or not.
This post contains solid theory worth considering.
Strategic deception by Wictor to seperate himself permanently from Q so mockingbird can’t lump him in with their QAnon larp narrative.
Okay. So you don't like Wictor, and your response to the post is to give your opinion as to his true intentions, based on.....whatever. This approach is to sidestep the message and go for the messenger.
Back to the post. Could you share what you know about his theory on devolution? I find it interesting.
Breaking down the details, could you explain where his logic falls short?
Huh? Where did you get that I “don’t like Wictor?”
I fucking love Wictor. I was one of his first 100 followers on twatter before he left for good.
Reread what I wrote.
fwiw, x22 was all about devolution ysterday, seemed right on board.
I guess I'm not seeing the proof. Can you point it out to me?
https://social.quodverum.com/@ThomasWic
If you scroll down, you'll run across his latest comments on this earlier. Then scroll to look for the first thread where he shared the Newsweek article. I'm sorry I can't be more precise, but I'm not quite sure how to navigate his site another way.
Yeah, I read the newsweek article from one of his posts. Still not seeing the "proof". My guess is that it's not there. It's an opinion.
Wictor has some good thoughts but his and his followers disdain of Q is stupid. Example. Wictor waxes on and on about how Trump and the military are in control, but they chastise us "Qtards" because we say the patriots are in control. Quite stupid in fact. If he knew the real goal of Q, I would think he'd be smart enough to figure out that it is coming together.
Doesn't want anyone stealing his thunder, or doesn't want to be associated with the movement for credibility purposes to certain crowds.
This. Imo he needs to be the smartest person in the room. He thinks Q is another guy just like him who's figuring it out. He can't have that competition.
Agreed.
Spot on.
Isn't the entire point of Q to educate the people that we are being run by a corrupt criminal mafia elite? All the stuff that Q dropped is pretty much in alignment with what Wictor is saying. That Patriots are in Control. That we are watching a movie...
Why would Wictor call us QTards?
I think many people have distanced themselves from Q for two reasons. One, the ramifications to your career and ability to convey a message has been severly handicapped because of extreme censorship of the topic. Some people don't want to be given inside info to study. I think Thomas likes figuring things out on his own and not have thousands of clues. Who knows. His intentions are similar to ours. He wants the country back. This is a war of likeminded people. We all get to where we want to go in different ways. If he is 90% with us then that is good enough.
As far as Wictor and Q, I always took his distancing from Q as strategic in reaching different crowds than people open to "conspiracy theories", whether this is driven purely by self interest (possible), or he knew his audience (wouldnt be receptive if it's "tainted" with "conspiracy theory" label) and used it as a way to spoonfeed them some truths, or some combination, we will probably never know.
Personally I know his videos got me through some dark times in Nov and Dec, his military history chops are incredible, learned a ton from him.
He's rather arrogant, but def on the whitehat side, in my opinion.
I actually like arrogance when it's coming from a position of righteousness and is directly targeted at those who are preaching from the pulpit of pompous ignorance.
Good point.
Note, this needs to be read from the bottom up
Now you tell me... :)
He lost me when he said McConnell was in on the deception. Ah, NO.
Yes. He seems to think that Congress' knowledge of this plan is necessary. Obviously they don't know because there have been NO LEAKS. More likely some Congesspeople are acting and following orders from whitehats in an effort to avoid a date with Lucifer. How else would you explain Roy Blunt in handcuffs and Pelosi being led out of the capital building by US marshals. Also Pelosi isn't even running the house. She's had pro tempores daily
I am really confused about the pro tempores that is occurring.
I saw that Pelosi hasn't been around much lately, but now I wonder how long has she been nothing more than a figurehead?
I base this on my research of https://live.house.gov/ and I only went back to Feb 2012. (you can pick any date to research if you click on the calendar icon top right corner) And I only did the first day of February they convened.
At the bottom is when their day starts and for every year there has been someone else appointed as leader pro tempore.
I don't know that much about it how the House operates but I did find this weird.
Any thoughts?
Do you have marshals hold your arm as you walk too?
I'm not sure about that. I'm wondering whether it's all a ruse and McConnell is working with Trump. McConnell pushed through 300 Trump federal judges and now he's turning on him? Not making sense to me. At least not yet. I'm thinking they are setting the dems up. I'm thinking the same about Pence.
If Turtle and POTUS are really at odds, then why did he vote to acquit?
Feigning disorder as a distraction is Sun Tzu 101.

PS I’ve been following Wicter since day one on Twitter. I can see his issues and his smarts. I suspect Wicter has followed Q, but the person who runs Quodverum, Saul, is a raging, full of himself tyrant, and clearly has never done more than a cursory glance over Q posts, if that.
He owns the servers for the site, and has made it clear he hates all things Q, so we Q followers do not discuss it there (and there are many of us.) Ive not seen Wicter say much about Q. He has stated that he and Saul disagree about many things. Wicter has some interesting ideas, and he often says, “These are my theories based on all of the research I’ve done, take it or leave it.” And he updates his theories as events happen. As always, people need to take information and analyze it themselves. To criticize, psychoanalyse, and make snarky comments about someone who’s just out there giving his opinions seems to me a waste of time. No one expects you to believe that sharing someone’s ideas here mean that he is the great sage who knows all.
The answer is probably a very simple one, and I’m missing it, but what is 1+ 7 H. If Wicktor believes not Q what is he trying to say. Laugh with me if it is a stupid question. Just don’t laugh at me. :-)
He lost me at....
