Isnt that vitamin A? As I understand it your standard vitamin D3 pill is about 1000 "units" whereas 15minutes in the sun with your arms exposed is about 20,000 units produced by the body. QED it is highly unlikely you can overdose given the body produces it at a rate of a whole bottle of pills a day if you spend the afternoon in the sun. (A garbled response but you get the idea, overdose is unlikely, the problem is underdosing if you follow the bottle instructions at one pill a day).

The rest are all water soluble so you just pee them out. But if you take too much vitamin c you may get kidney stones.
You're right its very hard to overdose on vitD. When you recieve massive amounts of it via sunlight and food your body can regulate it through natural biological and chemical processess.
Where people run into trouble is over doing it on a medical prescription of 50k units. Usually this is prescibed to people who are chronically low on vitD over a period of months or years (this could also be a sign of something else is wrong).
This can be prescribed as something like one pill twice a week. People can mess this up and do 50k units a day by accident. That could lead to kidney problems like stones.
Stay natural - God made us this way to handle all such things. The human body is an amazing daily display of His power and glory! Be amazed.

Just went back and upvoted. So many good things with videos don't get updooted because people don't want to take the time to listen. Here's hoping people will take 28 minutes to listen and then send. I sent to a coworker who's on the fence about the vax and haven't wanted to be pushy or give a video that goes into it being used as a bio weapon (it says that in the title, but this doctor in his segment doesn't get into that) which it is, but that is too much conspiracy for some people. This video is positively wonderful for getting people to really think before deciding to get the vax.
The facts don't matter. We've known this is basically the flu for a year but the masses don't care because CASES ARE GOING UP!!

I have managed to flip one, kind of. A hardcore to the bone Obama democrat who bought all the billionaire lies. As soon as covid started, I told him what would happen. Dem states would destroy their own economies with never ending lockdowns and Florida and Texas would boom. I told him they were going to destroy the voting system on purpose, even if ultimately they lost. He literally said “it’s only two weeks” LOL during that first lockdown. I told him Biden was senile, masks are not effective, and the flu was going to disappear.
I predicted everything correctly. So now he will never openly admit it, but he is asking questions about where to find real news. He knows he has been lied to, but he doesn’t know how bad, and he doesn’t know how to find the truth.
I had to stop watching this video. I was getting so angry I might have done something stupid. These people are fucking evil. Someone needs to fix this shit. If they don't angry people like me will eventually fix it for them the wrong way.
The one thing I don't understand is how Trump allowed this BS to happen. He was in office when a lot of this took place and did nothing to stop possibly tens of thousands of people from dying that didn't need to.

Trump tricked? I don't think so. He knew the best way out of this was to force the vax approval because he knew half the country would stay locked down until there was one. Otherwise they'd have played it out until the country and economy completely collapsed. It's why we see the DS now being forced to let the country reopen.
Trump would be well advised to stop attaching himself to the GD vax - it is going to blow right up in his face.
I agree with you. It's the one thing that Trump did that made no sense to me. I understand why he pushed his Project Warp Speed. He wanted to take away the Covid card from the Dems while showing how effective he could be as a President. Everyone was pushing the numbers and graphs showing how it was spreading like wildfire and he wanted to act fast. The problem is he listened to the likes of Fauci, Birx and Redfield. So many in his administration over 4 years were giving him bad advice.
Showed this to someone that was bitching about me not getting vaccinated and they watched 10 minutes, said the guy was a liar and stopped talking to me.

Awesome. Sending this to everyone I know. First 10 minutes or so is right to the point: Vitamin D is absolutely important for your body, go get some sun and supplements to help.
Unfortunately, doctors often have a hive mind. Even from a medical/legal standpoint, often times “local standard of care” is promoted over what the best science shows.
Plus medicine is often a bit of a circle jerk too.

yes in that the doctor says there is basically no need for it (plus they contain polyethylene glycol which 70% of people have adverse effects to) but it is more about the importance of taking vitamin D to increase immune system. He makes a strong case for taking it,
