Not a good look for Minnesota. Stock up on fire extinguishers, get ready for riots as Chauvin should get his freedom!!!

WHOA.....I'm still watching cross of Medical Examiner, Dr. Baker. HE JUST SAID....

"FENTANYL CAN CERTAINLY BE A CAUSE OF PULMONARY EDIMA. AS I INDICATED EARLIER IN PREVIOUS QUESTIONS, IT'S CONFOUNDED BY THE FACT THAT MR. FLOYD HAD QUITE A BIT OF CPR AND SO I FIND THE PULMONARY EDEMA MUCH LESS SPECIFIC GIVEN THAT HE SURVIVED AND MADE IT TO THE HOSPITALFOR A PERIOD OF TIME!!!!"

WTH???

but...but...the "expert" that the prosecution paid off to say what they need her to say said that "I know for a fact that fentanyl and meth overdoses are very peaceful and the person very peacefully drifts away, not MURDERED FOR 9 GORILLION MINUTES!"

Has she ever witnessed an overdose herself? "No but like I hear it from the family members that like the person went very peacefully, and I've done like, gosh, thousands and thousands and gorillions of deaths."

I'm guessing the family didn't sit there and watch their family member die, and the family member probably was sitting on their couch enjoying the high instead of commiting crimes and trying to get out of being arrested by shouting "I can't breathe!" before anyone has laid a finger on them. Meth doesn't seem like a "go very peacefully" type drug

I'm not sure how. I recorded it earlier and am just now watching it. I'm a bit in shock and my son just verbally assaulted me when I asked him to listen and confirm for me. SMDH. YES.....4:20 EST on HLN!!

Irrelevant to the outcome. They seated a judge and a jury that will render the verdict they need regardless. Just like OJ

They only need one juror to do the right thing.... AND overcome the pressure I'm sure the others will apply if that person doesn't conform to mob rule

This will be what gets Chauvin exonerated. And will be the spark that sets Minneapolis ablaze. As well as other cities. I'm glad I live in a rural part of Volusia County, FL.

Chauvin will not go free. Nor should he.

– SFAM1A 12 points 5 years ago +12 / -0

He absolutely should go free (still don't understand why people are mourning the fact that one less drug-addicted criminal is in this world) but I still doubt he will purely because of the politics.

There is more to the story. Has Chauvin been seen at other "events"?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– SFAM1A 2 points 5 years ago +2 / -0

Sadly I'm not an expert on this but it does seem like there's more to Chauvin than what meets the eye, and it really lends credence to the idea that the whole thing was staged. Purely on the lawsuit side however, he absolutely should walk but I doubt it since law and order have pretty much been thrown out the window at this point.

▲ 7 ▼
– TSVChargers 7 points 5 years ago +7 / -0

Why would he not go free? The medical examiner said Floyd did not die from asphyxiation. The police chief said that Chauvin had his knee on the shoulder blade. It had been confirmed Floyd was alive at the hospital. You can't have Chauvin guilty of murder or manslaughter when Floyd wasn't dead at the scene and the official cause of death is overdose.

I am saying that I think Chauvin is corrupt and that Floyd and Chauvin where the two least paid guys in a FF event for more riots.

Unlikely, bordering on ridiculous. There are between a dozen and 20 incidents a year where an unarmed black gets killed by cops during an arrest. They don't need to create these incidents. They happen organically. Floyd is a case where the media amplified an incident and used it to stir up the country. If Floyd hadn't happened they would have used the Rashard Brooks shooting or one of the other many shootings that happen every year.

No need for a false flag when reality provides plenty of similarly exploitable incidents.

– EmotionallyDrained 2 points 5 years ago +2 / -0

Between a dozen and 20 a year amongst millions of interactions huh? Want to look up how many people die on an average weekend in Chicago? What those people don't matter because it is poc on poc crime? Why isn't anyone burning Chicago down to fix that travesty? So tire of the bullshit logical fallacies. THAT is ridiculous.

To the other point you are trying to distract from, there are supposedly photos of chauvin at other known false flag events.....I will see if I can find them.

“You can’t have Chauvin guilty of murder or manslaughter when Floyd wasn't dead at the scene....”

This part is irrelevant to murder. I’m not saying he did or didn’t but if someone hurts somebody and they die of those injuries or of complications due to those injuries that person can be charged or murder or manslaughter, whichever is appropriate with the set of facts...you do not have to die at the scene

He suffered no injury from Chauvin, and did not die from it. That matters.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– GodzillaTrump 1 point 5 years ago +1 / -0

Whether he did injure or didnt injure is what is being debated...if he did injure him that led to his death, it is irrelevant to the charge of murder if he died at the scene or later at the hospital

Reread the legal definitions of manslaughter from the evidence presented legally it doesn't fit.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– GodzillaTrump 1 point 5 years ago +1 / -0

Im an attorney, Ive probably re-read the definition of manslaughter more than is healthy. Not to mention you didnt even provide the definition under Minnesota’s statutes, which may vary. But its irrelevant to my only point is dying at the scene or dying later from the supposed injury that was caused at the scene doesnt effect the ability to be guilty of murder or manslaughter.

Do you do defence or prosecution?

And forgive my past experiences with people in your profession. They tend to be one sided liars with lack of respect for the law who make strawman argument or moot points.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– GodzillaTrump 1 point 5 years ago +1 / -0

Well your experience is anecdotal and doesnt determine my honor and truthfulness nor a vast sea of other ethical and respectable attorneys who zealously represent their clients. That being said there are sleazy lawyers out there as there are sleaze in every profession.

I haven’t made any strawmen arguments just trying to focus everyone on the relevant details according to the law.

"Stress"

Like the stress from having a knee on your neck? I'm just saying, these people can attribute it to anything to prove their point.

permalink save report block reply
▲ 11 ▼
– SkinnyBrewSue 11 points 5 years ago +11 / -0

Well, these are prosecution witnesses, but the video cam from one of the officers clearly showed that the knee was not on the neck but the shoulder blade. The prosecution is now calling it the neck "area". And the stress was from consuming a large amount of drugs, Hence the foaming at the mouth. If the jury isn't afraid of riots they will acquit of all charges.

Wasn't he also raving about being claustrophobic as they were trying to put him into the squad car....AFTER being pulled out of his own car?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– GodzillaTrump 1 point 5 years ago +1 / -0

Apparently from what im reading the knee was on the neck for about 3 minutes before being moved to the shoulder blade area...because the coroner (or whoever it was) was trying to make the case that if his breathing was restricted for 3 minutes it wouldnt matter if the knee was moved because even though he could breathe it would be like breathing through a tiny straw or something like that

How dare the police stress him out. Couldn't they have let him carry on with his day, all drugged up behind the wheel of a car?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– LordKekingtonEsquire 3 points 5 years ago +3 / -0

I'm just saying, people can justify any excuse. "Stress" can certainly be attributed to the police's actions, however any rational and clear-headed person should be able to note that he was likely going to die anyway with the amount of Fentanyl in his system. Him saying "I can't breathe" over and over again when the police were just standing there is clear evidence of this. At that point, I believe that no amount of resuscitative therapies or drugs would have helped, and Floyd's death was inevitable even if they skipped the police and took him straight to the hospital.

Wasn't on the neck. He would have collapsed in the back of the police car, if he didn't want to be on the ground. His heart was failing during the walk to the car. Rewatch the body cam video. Most of chauvis weight was on the ground. Can we blame the 2 heart attacks from 6jan on the DC police? The stress was too much for them too.

Have you read the actual level of fentanyl in his blood? Now go look up what a lethal dose is. I think Chauvin is as dirty as they come and an agent provocateur, BUT that doesn't mean you can ignore facts.

I watched the defense questioning of this ME and heard him concur with all of those points BUT...on redirect, the State asked him what was the principal cause of death to which he answered "homicide due to police subdual... " A competent jury should recognize that absent of the contributing conditions (heart disease, hypertension, fentanyl and meth ingestion) the police knee to the upper back would not have done more than cause him discomfort for 8 or whateverthefuck minutes. But they won't; they will find a verdict that responds to the threats of riots and more killing and burning.

Between a dozen and 20 a year amongst millions of interactions huh?

Exactly. Too few to be statistically significant or even a sign that racism in policing is a problem but frequent enough that there's always one available when the elites want to make a stink.

As for Chauvin being involved in other false flsgs, I'm not current on those theories.
