FIX 2020 first
The correct fix is another election. Nobody can cry foul if 2020 is nullified and a 2021 re-vote under strict security shows drastically different results.
Just erasing some votes of 2020 is not the way, people will fry foul rightfully, because if the results are proven to be miscounted, you can't trust the count in any way and should start over.
Nobody wants that. A secure voting team in 2021 can be the fix to an invalidated 2020 election that will need a re-vote.

The article just says the quote from the Mar-a-lago speech he gave the other day:

But it doesnt say anything about an "election security team" or "working with congress". Title is a bit misleading
