I'm repeating my comment from an earlier post on the same topic, for the info it contains:
So Judge Coury didn't have a conflict of interest requiring his recusal until Sunday afternoon when a new lawyer, Chris Viskovic, entered his appearance for the first time.
The Judge could not have seen this coming, but attorney Viskovic certainly knew that by his joining the case, that would prompt Judge Coury to recuse himself.
It's right there on his law firm's web page, which states in part:
"Christopher Alfredo Viskovic is an associate attorney with Kolodin Law Group PLLC who received both his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Juris Doctor from Arizona State University.
During his time in law school, Mr. Viskovic interned with Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury, and the State Elections Director Eric Spencer under Arizona Secretary of State Michele Reagan." https://kolodinlaw.com/about-us/
So this appears strategic on the part of Attorney Viskovic and whoever he is working with. Note that he also worked with the State Elections Director.
This is an underhanded tactic some lawyers use to try to get rid of a judge they don't want on a case they're trying.
That's awful. You should not be able to introduce a conflict of interest against the judge already on the case - if the judge is seated, you cannot introduce a conflicted attorney.
Heh and I got called a doomer for saying it was odd the cabal wouldn't put up $1 million and didn't buy the AZ democrats not having the money . Also said don't underestimate them because they're not stupid. You don't get to run the world through being stupid.
Sorry for the repeat! I scrolled to see if anyone else posted and didn’t see it. Thxnks for the info. Do an underhanded tactic. We just need to roll up our sleeves and keep on working! They’ll stop at nothing.
Nothing will stop this...Pleasr have faith in God's covenant that this evil will not win. The time given satan is nearly up....only days to go....he is pulling out every trick in the "human" book but he will not prevail before his clock runs out....Look to Philadelphia...the key is there.
God only asks us to remain faithful, prayerful and humble right now...won't be long.
And I just watched a video on the Battle of Athens. Coincidence? A civilian population goes 'vigilante' against corrupt elected officials, a prolonged gun battle ensues until the citizens secure the actual ballots to insure a fair count. Athens , Tennessee August 1946. No one was ever charged with a crime.

It makes you wonder if the white hats are going through this convoluted process so
civil law fails and the Military can come in with Military Law,under the Constitution,to sort this entire Deep State mess out, once and for all.
So many times we have seen subtle signs of white hats directing the enemy
unknowingly in a certain direction, that becomes obvious much latter.
A good example is the marked ballot papers, most people thought that was just
some sort of far right conspiracy theory and the Deep State walked right into the
carefully prepared trap.
Yes, that will often work. In divorce court, you can also interview all the best attorneys in your city, and if your ex hires someone you interviewed you can almost certainly get them thrown off by claiming a conflict of interest. And vice versa. Don't ask how I learned this. Works for a lot of corporate law too, to frustrate the other side.
Shakespeare had wise sayings. We have teachers that don't teach, doctors that don't heal, judges that don't judge, and a house of representatives full of misrepresentation, along with lawyers that pervert and break the laws. We have a lot to fix. Bless those that wade through the swamp to drain it.
It's going to be a bumpy, crazy roller coaster. It's not going to be a gentle stroll beside still waters.
Don't allow yourself to be tossed back and forth with every trick of the enemy. The enemy is crafty and this is only the beginning of the beginning of the war.
Why can't they just keep the lawyer from trying the case? If everyone else involved in the trial was in place on Friday, how can it be opened up for more lawyers? Especially ones that would change the dynamic of the case? Seems like it would be easier to "recuse" the lawyer instead. I don't get it. The judge already has information on the case and shouldn't need to hand it off to someone else.

Stupidity is one of the nine Satanic sins:

I'm wondering if Arizona will lead to Philadelphia/Pennsylvania.
I was told it will

The only way we truly win is when the evil is literally wiped from the face of the earth. ALL OF IT!

A very good lesson from The Art Of War.
So, if I don't like a judge, I can hire a lawyer that interned for him?

I hope someone is keeping a list
Deep state will hire their own dirty ass judge and they will say no fraud!

That is some sketchy ass shit! ??
Wow. Lmao
Keep checking those ballots and it won’t matter
The ballots are the property of the citizens of MC Just defend the location and keep broad casting and counting.
Im stealing a line from the Blacklist which seems appropriate for how the DS operate.
There is no space between what you want and what you have to do to get it.

I'm sure the white hat lawyers are working hard on it now, probably preparing an emergency response and motion
If they can't burn down the building where the audit is taking place, they'll try to steal the audit some other way.
So it might have backfired on them?
