Yep. Lighting, angle, age and weight. Same exact person down to the dimples and deep lines, smile and nose. Brows are more tame in the top pic.

Actually, I think you may be right. The younger one could be male. Comparing the two: the lips and the smile are identical and the teeth match up. Age has taken its toll it seems. According to the latest, Baal has switched to a younger Chinese model.
