How about we start at the top of the food chain with lawsuits? The Emergency Authorization was granted by FDA. That can only be granted if there are no other options to treat the disease. This is why HCQ and Ivermectin were immediately trashed when studies showed they work. These are old legacy drugs meant for other purposes but many doctors used them because they knew they worked as a permitted off-label use. So, those that conspired to make sure these therapeutics were removed should be first to be sued. I would argue that would include the major publications Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), Lancet. These publications are the holy writ of medicine. Each was involved with cherry picking reports that these drugs were useless and ineffective against C19. Not true as many other studies have shown. But those studies weren't published because they wanted to clear the playing field for big pharma and the multi-billion dollar vaccines, especially those with mRNA technology.

Then, consider suing those that went along with cooking the numbers of people dying of Covid. Include those who made decisions on who should be included in the death count. This would be those testing people for Covid with the high cycle, high error count PCR tests. They were routinely run over the cycle limit which gave false positives for the disease. Then consider the people running the tests and who should have known about those limits. Include here the hospital and clinic administrators.

It's not beyond reason to think that when all the information comes out, those drug companies who had immunity might still be sued because they knowingly and fraudulently were lax in manufacturing the drugs that were ultimately injected. Not forthcoming with possible side effects both short and long term. They had a duty to obtain informed consent from those receiving the injections and failed to properly and completely make people aware of the risks involved.

Good lawyers will find many ways around the blanket immunity given to the drug companies. Standards and practices were short cut in the race to get them to market. A market falsely stimulated by their claims of necessity, claims of safety, claims of effectiveness. A market of uneducated and undereducated people that were used as human guinea pigs.

You forgot a bunch a people, NFL,NHL,NBA all Sports organizations, WWE, Doctors who recommend it, Disney for letting them use their theme parks to as injection sites, or any business that is using their business physical location as an injection site, any employer that tried to require it for their workers, and MOST IMPORTANTLY every TEACHER, PRINCIPAL or someone working at School or University that recommends you get, especially for kids to take it. We can go to vaccine court. What we need to do is spread the word and have everyone you know and your contacts know they should write their Reps and Senators telling them to make the vaccine court public. They should also make it easier to file and to receive favorable judgments if cases are valid. No more hiding.
