I convinced myself a while ago that Team Q is The Defence Intelligence Agency. (DIA)

The commander of the DIA in 2012 was a certain Gen. Mike Flynn.
Most folks don't know that the DIA is bigger than the CIA.
No way of knowing, for sure, as DIA's budget is classified. In any case, it isn't some small agency. Their old HQ had a big SCUD missile in the lobby. Pretty cool. Haven't been to their new HQ.

I was talking to my buddy about this after the election, we'd watch adsb and there were all these sub hunters off the florida coast. Not smart enough to know if that was SOP or if that was out of the ordinary, but it's interesting how many days you'd just see them out there circling.
