We've got entire populations with averages of 85 and lower, meaning the majority aren't mentally suitable to be a janitor, but we pretend that everyone is equal and try to make an equal number of them become engineers and doctors....
That's their AVERAGE though, so it's not like none of them can be engineers, but if we look at the situation realistically we should really be treating people according to their ability and finding suitable things for them go do rather than expecting greatness from everyone.

Actually, 100 is a THEORETICAL average. The REAL average is lower.
Look up the average IQ by country, and you will see that the highest is 108, with only a dozen or so at or above 100 for an average.
Many countries in Africa are in the 60's or lower -- for an AVERAGE.
