Oxidative stress is what causes most of our diseases. Oxidative stress in simple terms is when the cell wall breaks down and allows calcium to enter the cell. This cell wall break down will stop the cell from functioning properly and the cell dies. The spike proteins cause oxidative stress on all the cells of your cardiovascular system and your organs.
One of the best antioxidants there is, Vitamin C. I use Vitamin C ascorbate, it comes in a powdered form which is 1000 mg per 1/4 teaspoon and it can be added to smoothies. I usually take 2000 mg daily and NO, I did not take the vaccine.
You have to be careful because vitamin C can cause gastrointestinal upset. You want to find out what your body will tolerate before it causes diarrhea, everyone is different. So you need to increase your vitamin C intake to "bowel tolerance" following this method. This is only for people who have taken the vaccine. The rest of us, a couple thousand mg per day is adequate.
Vitamin C, start at 5000 mg per day for one week. You want to try to get to 10,000 mg per day.
So, (week 1) 5000 mg per day. If your body is tolerating this (week 2) increase to 6000 mg per day, (week 3) increase to 7000 mg per day, (week 4) increase to 8000 mg per day, (week 5) increase to 9000 mg per day, (week 6) increase to 10,000 mg per day. At any time during this gradual increase you get diarrhea, back off to the amount you were taking the week prior.
Like I said, your goal is trying to get to 10,000 mg per day. If you develop diarrhea at 8000 mg, back off to 7000 mg. Take 7000 mg for a month or so and then try increasing it to 8000 mg. If you find your body will only tolerate 7000 mg, thats ok. What we are doing is trying to pinpoint what your body will tolerate. Also, you will need to take this amount for the rest of your life.
The other 2 nutrients to help maintain cell wall integrity are:
Magnesium, citrate or chloride, 500 mg per day
Selenium, 200 micograms (mcg)
Also remember that Zinc will stop viral replication. If you feel like you are getting sick, start taking zinc. You should be supplementing with it maybe 1-2 times per week, don't take it every day for a long period of time. Taking to much zinc can have a opposite effect on your immune system if you take too much.
Also vitamin D3, take 10,000 IU per day. Vitamin D2 in the manmade version of vitamin D and your body does not utilize it properly. Use vitamin D3, it usually comes in a soft gel form.
Astragalus and elderberry are 2 other supplements that help boost the immune system. Camu camu is another supplement I take that has 800% of the RDA of Vitamin C per serving. These all come in powders and can be added to smoothies.
Mushroom powders are good for boosting the immune system also.
Flax seed is good for brain health.
Celery powder is a good detoxifier.
Turmeric with a pinch of black pepper is good for reducing inflammation.
Cayenne pepper powder is good for reducing cholesterol.
Collagen powders can prevent wrinkles but it can also prevent aneurisms.
Do your research, the answers to staying healthy are out there, vaccines are not the answer.
Stay safe my frens!!!
WWG1WGA!!
Might wanna check into that 10k D3 suggestion before you take that much folks, like anything else of course.
Here is a study from the NIH on the safe amount of D3 to consume. It basically says you can consume up to 50,000 Iu per day and it appears to be safe.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30611908/
Last sentence from the report: In summary, long-term supplementation with vitamin D3 in doses ranging from 5000 to 50,000 IUs/day appears to be safe.
Yeah overdosing on Vitamin D is not good. IT is toxic.
10k is nothing. Be sure to take with k2 though.
How did you fit that juicy steak in the capsule??
Knife-and-fork method… this, is, a novel idea!
Btw, if you love liver (or organ meats) … try sweetbreads, it’s excellent.
I heat that shit up in a spoon and inject it directly in my veins
DUDE! IM FASTING HERE! KNOCK IT OFF! WHAT!? IM NOT HANGRY! YOURE HANGRY! LEAVE ME ALONE! 😉
Use liposomal Vitamin C. Avoid the bowel tolerance issue.
Question: I've heard that over time all of our cells die and are replaced somewhat regularly, with different cell types having different turnover cycles. If this is true, wouldn't it be reasonable to assume that even vaccinated people would gradually eliminate their spike-producing cells over time? I'm looking for reasons to be hopeful for good people who have been deceived into taking the vax.
Late response, but yes our cells are replaced over time. Depends on the particular cell type, however. With say sperm cells lasting 3 days, red blood cells about a month and white ones a year. Nerve cells generally don't regenerate, however, particularly the brain.
As for the spike protein issue, its complicated. I have a background in chemistry, so I know a bit, but others may know more. mRNA (messenger RNA) does degrade over time, so assuming it is not being coded into DNA proper via a Reverse Transcriptase type enzyme, the amount of mRNA to produce spike proteins will go down by biological half life (days, I think, thus the need for a 'booster' at 1 month).
This leads to a second potential issue. If the spike proteins are prions (theorized elsewhere, hence 'shedding') then it is possible they can replicate without the mRNA (potentially at a slow rate). Prions cause things like Kuru, Mad Cow Disease, etc. The worst case would be a spreadable prion disease, because the effects would be very long term, and no known treatment.
Of course, that also may not be the case, hopefully. The last major issue would be ADE (Antibody dependent Enhancement). Leaky vaccines that fail to eliminate the virus definitively, lead to this effect. The neutralizing antibodies fade over time, resulting in an immune system trained to fight off a particular strain/config of a virus, thus being 'blind' to potential mutations. Normally, as others have stated, viruses become less lethal/more contagious as that is more optimal for them. But a person with ADE, basically responds as a person with near 0% immunity, resulting in much worse symptoms/prognosis. (Thus higher viral loads, and infecting others).
This effect may decrease with time, but not likely before re-exposure to the virus (given its a respiratory virus, etc).
Not sure if that helped. Basically depends on if the spike protein is a replicating prion, or if the mRNA modifies DNA (resulting in mostly permanent genetic change). Either of those would cause continuous spike generation.
Without those body would generate a given number of spike proteins without further booster shots/etc, just over time instead of all at once.
As to the potential effects.... well... that is what long term testing is for, sadly.
I've read lots of hypotheticals and theories, but few as succinct as yours, especially while covering more than one possibility. Thanks for a good explanation.
Good info, but this list is far from exhaustive. See the comments at this post for many more:

Dosent stop the graphene from going to your brain and clotting you to death though.
They can active it through 5g, pull the graphene up to the top of the head and cause clotting; its extremely magnetic.
For Vitamin C - you could make your own, buy a nice fat bag of pure Ascorbic Acid USP powder (just means pharma grade) - it is super cheap when bought in bulk.
Then mix with Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda) in good pure water - let it fizzle (CO2) then drink your Sodium Ascorbate drink. This is a buffered form. If you’re looking to reduce Sodium then you can use Potassium Bicarbonate which will yield Potassium Ascorbate.
As for the calculations, you can look it up online and figure out how many (mg) the mixtures will yield.
Liposomal is fantastic, but it is expensive and is usually sodium Ascorbate based. Just read the label and ingredients.
Flax seed is incredibly estrogenic
I just looked it up, you are right, I didn't know that. It has more phytoestrogen than soy beans. It say if you have a normal testosterone level there are no worries but if you are older with falling testosterone levels you should avoid them. Thanks for the heads up.
No worries. I'm actually a dietician so i have more advice too.
Zinc is much more effective with an ionophore such as egcg (green tea) or quercetin.
k2 should be taken with d3 to prevent calcification.
Cholesterol in general isnt really a problem, its actually inflammation and when they get too small.
Turmeric modulates inflammation by actually causing inflammation, making the body get used to its hormetic effect. Exogenous hormetic stress is likely more dangerous than endogenous sources like cold showers and fasting.
Sleep & stress will effect your immune system 10x as much as using any herbal remedies.
Let me know if you have any other questions! =)

Vitamin C to bowel tolerance is what Dr. Sherry Tenpeeny suggests
Should be 5000IU of D3 a day, not 10,000. You can get too much D3, but 5000 will not do that.
Don't forget Zinc. Zinc helps all other minerals absorb. Zinc for the win.
I was making bread with flax seed and my kid started munching it a LOT. Got pretty sick on it. It can be toxic at high doses.
Dr. Lee Merrick recommends 10k IU of Vit D. Found out one of my kids was single digit deficient. She was prescribed 50,000 IU once a wk for 8 wks. Then 5k/day. She does 10k/day.
An ionophore (e.g., HCQ, quercetin, quinine, tonic water) helps zinc get into the cell zinc. Don't know if it is required, or not.
