Every time something is declassified, we learn absolutely nothing. All of them know this. Some will put on a show to make it look like it might be something of substance, but it'll be the same-old same-old. It isn't like the Bushes or Clintons typed up a document detailing what they did and how they'll go about doing it. Any clues in that direction will be redacted in the documents.
