My wife pointed this out. Before the symposium started, the camera was planning around the room. The upper deck on the left side had a few large seals hanging down, one which clearly looked like the seal for the Space Force.

Thanks blacksmith21. I am making the assumption that IF it can be a surveillance plan, it MAY be a surveillance plane. I do not have any confirmation, just making a reference post of three of these types of planes in the vicinity of Sioux Falls, SD.

Where did you see a C-12? When a C-12 is in "spy mode" it is a RC-12X Guardrail and looks like a flying porcupine. They squawk as RC-12X, not C-12.
adsbexchange is showing Beech C-12T-3 Huron. Good to know that RC-12X is the spy version. I know from a Blackhawk friend of mine planes sometimes throw up a different plane type for security reasons. Not sure if a Beech would do that or not.

They can and do. Call it spoofing. I've tracked a RC-12X directly over my house (DC) which was running a perfect search track over about 100 sq. mi. Watch for small planes over Sioux Falls, commercial also.

Unless we are at War it can't be legal. The military isn't allowed to operate against the American people under normal circumstances. This is more comms in my opinion. Unless given evidence to the contrary. I'm going to assume they are protecting the conference.

I've been thinking for a few days that the reason Obama was allowed to have a birthday party was that he had flipped, and a deal was made. I know we don't like that, but it would go a long way to ease the transition if Trump and Obama stood hand in hand denouncing what China has done. A long shot thought, I know, and probably highly unlikely.
