I aggressively agree. That before we factor in silly shit like Drive-Through voting like we saw in Harris County Texas - which effectively made more of a mockery of the entire process.
It’s 2021. It would be extremely simple to have an encrypted app that would allow us to vote anywhere and make unverified votes immediately auditable, flagged, removed - with an audit trail that every individual voter could see.
Imagine looking at that tabulation years later to see how you voted, see how your vote was counted, etc - and have this stack set in stone.
That’s the standard in former Soviet States.
Here? We seem to want standards upheld from the 1870s.

I would agree with that. I don't care if it's the 23rd Century and we are all part of the interstellar Galactic Federation, on election day , we all beam home and vote with a pen on paper ballots counted and audited by hand.
...And live feed cameras blanketing every legal voting station. And, supported with military satellite, and drone surveillance on high population districts.
If you're traveling out of the country, then the process should be similar to someone who is disabled, where you must sign your ballot and an approved person must turn in your ballot, 1 per person is allowed, not 10 to a person and so forth. Yes, I'm sure this can be fraud that could happen, but that is clearly not how Democrats won elections over and over again. We know now it was almost exclusively the machines and the tabulation process. Ballot dumps, paying people to vote, last minute write in ballots, were a close second.

Every ballot has a serial #. Those numbers logged as the ballot handed out. Log list has same # of people as the check-in list with signatures.

... and you still need to have majority in according to the total 100%
