I live in California I voted early in person. However I have been saying all along my vote probably will not matter nor will my friend who I went with We have both been saying they're going to do so much cheating that none of this is going to matter. Larry elder would need to win this by 2 to 3 million votes to overcome the cheating It is going to take place in this corrupt state.
As a Canadian, I can't reconcile in my mind how a nation that values secret ballot and privacy of an individual's vote would simultaneously embrace this concept of registering as a Republican or as a Democrat. It makes so little sense to me. Especially in light of the cheating being exposed. Just deregister yourselves and vote in full secrecy as enshrined in your constitution, or get rid of the registration by party.
This has been happening for years. California's election laws specify that mail-in or absentee ballots have priority. Many times my wife and I would go to vote only to be told that we already voted by mail.
If you show up at the polling place and they tell you that you've already voted by mail, they'll let you fill out a provisional ballot, which never ends up getting counted.
We don't live in CA anymore, but this happened to both of us in 2018, and happened to my wife in 2016.
Ok so if they show up in person with ID and they are told they already voted, but then is given a provisional ballot to vote .... What happens to the “other vote” that they didn’t cast? Does it get canceled out or do they leave it and the person uses their provisional ballot to vote (and that will probably get thrown in the trash when “counted”)? Like do they keep the “first” vote that someone else made on their behalf also or cancel it out? I would demand to know who the other vote was for & demand it be canceled out before I voted with provisional ballot. If that is possible, don’t know what can be done about it at that point.
Can you imagine if you should up to vote and someone there at the same time as you were voting illegally using your name too? I’d call the police and have them arrested!
If people do start being told they already voted, I hope they don't just "well that is weird" and let it go this time.. Stand up and DEMAND answers. So, basically.. if you are a republican and do not go vote.. you already voted.. Only the ones that show up to vote to find out get to do a provisional.. This recall already needs an audit and a canvas. It as well makes me wonder just how many people in CA have their identities being used by illegals and don't know it. Identity theft is out of control in certain states.

Register as Democrat allows them to put you down as voting on party lines. Register as Republican and your vote doesnt count.
