If it was me... screw reactivating Trump's account. I'd have backdoor access to Twitter and I'd have every single account... ALL OF THEM... all post the same message at the exact same time. Pretty sure the whole world would notice that and I bet there are already tools and scripts that could be modified to make that happen. You just need the right sort of admin access and poof. Talk about shot being heard around the world.
