They try to dock pay for unvaxxed spouses? I’d introduce them to the State’s department of revenue because they’re also docking the State’s unemployment insurance tax 100.00 x number of employees = big tax avoidance scheme.
I’d also contact the DOL Department of Employee Benefit Security and accuse the company of docking pay in order to reduce the match into my 401(k).
Then I’d call HR and tell them what I did.
