The "Whistleblower" is an ex-employee of Cognizant that had low-level access to vetting what we refer to in the tech industry as "Abuse Reports".
That is Facebook™ has so large of a firehose of content being created they can not monitor it all and have contracted out some of that monitoring in a pathetic way of pretending they can keep up in any way, shape, or form - they can't.
Mind you - Facebook was originally developed by DARPA as LifeLog. The goal is not just to get people's private information and content online into a centralized ledger - but to also push real-time content INTO the minds of those people.
I worked in Abuse in 2005 - 2007 or so and actually saw some crazy shit. I worked with reporting content to Homeland Security, FBI, Secret Service, Local Police in various locations, and even the Texas Rangers ( yes if you are in Texas the Texas Ranger will facilitate Cyber-Crime and they are hardcore ).
That all said - I did basically what this guy was told to do - except I worked for a smaller place. What that meant was instead of just doing grunt-level reporting ( as this dude did ) I actually took my reports directly to Law Enforement and acted as a Liason. Know what FBI / Homeland wanted to do 99% of the time? Leave it up. Terrible right? Not really.

Yes you are correct. that is part of the excuse FB used, as the WB explains, how law enforcement or concerned citizens would report and it would get taken down. Except it doesn't. The real explosive part is that he claims to have forwarded CP to Facebook, and since it was under a private Facebook group, it was not taken down.
On top of that, evil videos of all sorts (CP included) are being sold USING THE FB PAYMENT SYSTEM!!
In one instance, he mentioned terrible child abuse that went on for 2 years after he raised a flag. It was only stopped when the authorities got the videos on their own. THEN FB acted, but the kids were abused needlessly for another 2 full years, when they could have been rescued much earlier.

Bottom line is that the private groups and pages on FB SELLING THROUGH FB PYMT SYSTEM that are child porn, bestiality then killing of the animals, other hideous tragic treatment of animals, could be removed with one click but Mark Zuckerberg does not say it is to be done. Appears to me this video could also be controlled opposition. I actually interviewed for cognizant 3 years ago as a supervisor. One of the questions they asked me were my feelings on Donald Trump. I had a super diplomatic answer. Didn’t get the job. I think this employee is very sincere sounding. He doesn’t give any information that sways too far left or right, which is nice. I believe him when he says he’s not too political.
However, I watched another video from this host’s channel featuring a “whistleblower” from Cambridge Analytica (who goes very light on the company) and who was decidedly anti-Trump and didn’t try too hard to veil it. Her grandpa was a spook and she should really know better and seemed to make indications that the Russia hoax was valid and that’s how Trump won in 2016. Tread lightly.
I wouldn't be so quick to judge the host by the opinions of one of their guests. The fact that he interviews guests who have important information regardless of their political backgrounds only proves that his channel doesn't have a huge partisan bias. That's not a bad thing.
Even if he was controlled opposition, I'd say he's probably doing enough good that it doesn't really matter.
