The perp was under police custody when he was kicked in the head. So, the husband committed assault, too, right in front of the cop. Cop did the right thing, as there were multiple recordings of what happened. I wouldn't expect a cop to risk losing his job by not arresting the husband, as well.
That being said, I would've done the same thing, only I wouldn't have stopped with just one kick. I would've stomped that fool into the tile, or until getting tased by the cop. Then, while I'm in jail, "coincidentally," with the perp, I'd continue the assault. Give that fucking asshole a life long daily reminder of why it pays to NOT be a fucking pervert.
But I stand by my assessment. Cop did the right thing. Vigilante justice committed in front of an LEO is just plain stupid.
You're definitely right, SuckaFree. I don't necessarily think he was stupid, maybe it was just worth paying the price. As former LEO, myself, I wouldn't fault the officer for arresting me in that case, but would definitely be doling out a heapin' helpin' of whoopass, as you suggest.
Didn't watch or read whatever was posted, but this is another good reason women should be armed. Had she shot the perp, that would have been the end of it and I doubt anybody would have blamed her. Since she wasn't able to 'defend' herself and child, dad naturally steps in and things get complicated.
I'm with the husband on this one. By the time the courts get done with the perp, he will have forgotten why he was in court to begin with, but he'll remember that blow. Maybe he will think twice before assaulting women again because of that. I hope the let hubby off with a slap on the wrist.
I used to do Loss Prevention for a different chain and had this situation. The only difference was the father caught him and was bringing it to us instead of beating the guy to death. We had the cops there on an unrelated matter so we just handed him off and away he went.
Cop did the right thing, Dad wanted vengeance I get it totally. I would want it too. The perp is a 17 year old young man IDK why mom didn’t drop kick him in self defense before police arrived?? Lol Mom looks like she could kick some ass, Dad didn’t have to go to jail. He won’t be in there long - few days tops
I think one of the main unspoken points here is that Walmart is a cesspool and you shouldn’t shop there.
Why did the police arrested thee father? He did what every father would do!

you say Vigilante justice like it's a bad thing
we have racial justice
we have economic justice
shit, we even have environmental justice ( whatever that is lol )
I don't see the problem.
Doesn't defunding the police = allowing the 'community' to self-police
I just hope the father demands a trial by jury of his peers. Most of us with wives and children couldn't possibly convict him.
Jury nullification ftw

Are you retarded? His son is like 7 years old. I doubt he had him when he was 10.
That's the idea.
It was the perp that got kicked in the head that was 17 not the dad. Does Noone here read?
The real virus is hubris
Still tho... Fuck the police.

Two words...'jury nullification'.
Beat his ass! He got every right to beat his ass!
Wtf!

This is originally a Japanese thing - sperm-sharking. Like a glory hole without the action.
Interesting research Kula. I won't ask for the sauce.
Thank you.
I don’t even know what happened... but i know it was horrible
Sticky, I'd say. Horribly sticky.
Afgan import to the US?

What kind of sick fuck not only masterbates in public, but also shoots a load on some random stranger? That kick in the head was well deserved.
