I priced out the same qty of each vitamin at Amazon & it came out about the same. Not much less...the convenience of one capsule in the correct amount is worth a little bit more. The drawback is the wait. It was almost a month before my first bottle arrived. Second one has just processed so I'll see how long this time. Plus I like Dr. Zelenko and would rather support him than Amazon. :)

Then last weekend I (not vaxxed) went to a birthday party with about 10 vaxxed people. Nature Made is a bottom-tier vitamin company. Their products are nominal and I imagine the absorption is not the best. Unfortunately, they are the only ones widely available here in Japan. When I lived in the USA, I would buy vitamins at Sprouts or The Vitamin Shoppe mostly (plus another, but I forget the name).

For example, one could argue whether calcium citrate is better than calcium carbonate (which Nature Made uses) as a calcium suplement. Calcium carbonate is essentially chalk (which Bill Gates wanted to spray into the air) and one could argue that calcium citrate is better if you are concerned about kidney stones. Nature Made gets the job done, but there are better companies out there, like Jarrow Formulas sitting right next to the bottle in this picture. Nature's Bounty to the left of it is maybe not top quality either. These will suffice, especially if nothing better is available (like the situation I am faced with in Japan).

Whenever I feel a scratchy throat coming on I take a higher dose. My husband is bad about keeping up with supplements, so when he has any illness coming on I put his dose in a little bowl, he takes the pill and quickly shakes it off.
My husband got the J&J shot 3 weeks ago.. no side effects yet but I’m super worried about long term effects. Is this a pill combo that he could or should take daily? Or just a short term regimen?
Would love to give him something that could help lessen any potential side effects from the jab.

Is it possible to increase the Ivermectin dose slightly? Take it everyday for a few days? Or up the zinc dose? Gotta be careful with Zinc though as it can put the copper/zinc balance out of whack if you don't get enough copper in your diet.
You might also want to try the nasal rinse/spray and gargling with a couple of drops of Betadine (diluted in distilled water) that reputedly knocks out the virus lurking in the nasal cavity and respiratory system.
Black Seed Oil and Pine Bark or Needle Tea supposedly helps too. Anything is worth trying to stay away from the hospital!
Hopefully you'll get better soon, and on the plus side you'll have antibodies. ;)

I got pretty sick in September too. I don't know if it was Covid or not, I didn't get tested. But I took exactly this with Ivermectin. The GI issues were resolved later that day and the respiratory symptoms were gone in a week.

Try adding L-lysine and NAC to the protocol.

Dont forget, quercetin doesnt absorb readily, so better to have it mixed with bromelain or black pepper extract to increase its bioavailability
