Why is everyone pushing so hard for these people to be named by today? This is what Maxwell's lawyers want and if there are co-conspiators being investigated Maxwell isn't aware of do we really want to tip them off?
Seems to me a prosecutor could appeal this if it really was risking another investigation without it being reported but I am not a legal expert, just saying it might not be a bad thing if this isn't followed through on today.
