Agreed. While the "vaccine" may not be harmful to everyone, at least not at first, enough damage IS being done to refute any purported benefit. AND, the vaccine is entirely unnecessary. AMPLE prophylactic options AND treatment options exist - and have existed - that big pharma's stab is/was/ and will be without merit.

There are PLENTY of "legitimate" (uhh, sure) ways for the 'Johnson & Johnson's' (double-entendre intended) of the world to make the big bucks WITHOUT murdering, innocent, well-intended people - all. over. the world. STOP THE STABS... NOW!!

That's an interesting take. It's not that it's a leaky vaxx, it's that most people get a fake, and those that get the real one are the injured/dead. Not sure how much I believe it as fact, but it's something to think about.

It's a mistake for Q to say things like "You are safe." They may be in control of some elements, but to imply guarantee of safety, when so many are losing everything and being harmed by these injections, well, I have to question their judgement here a little.

I'm tempted to disagree. There are two major problems with the experimental vax:

  1. It must be kept at sub-zero (C) temperatures until just before use. AFAIK there's no way to tell whether this procedure has been followed and it's certain that in some cases the "vax" has been injected after it has started to break down.

  2. The injection should be "aspirated". In other words, you stick the needle in and withdraw the plunger to see if blood appears. If so, you must withdraw the needle and try a different injection site, otherwise you are injecting directly into a vein and the result will be very bad.

Remember when they forced Healthcare down your throat. There was a website up immediately and compliance documents a-flyin practically within minutes of the announcement.

When you're coerced by your employer to take a vacks, where is the official documentation or official anything for that matter? All they really have is, "you heard the old guy say it on TV, now give me your arm".

I’ll probably end up putting that to the test. AT&T worships Biden and now we have until February 1st to get poked. No jab, instant 60-day suspension to get vaxed and reflect on the error of our ways. Still no shot after that, termination.

Even the work-from-home employees are being required to show proof of vaccination.

Discrimination (in a legal sense) has to fall into a set of defined categories. For example, https://www.eeoc.gov/discrimination-type

As far as I can tell, after a good 20 minutes of searching, there's no protections for this particular type of discrimination, even though we recognize it as flagrantly discriminatory.

We need a new anti-discrimination Act for this. It baffles me that none of our lawmakers have even considered this yet.

Only a licensed medical doctor can legally prescribe a medical procedure such as a vaccine, or a medical device such as a face mask. Your boss ain't your doctor. And even if you boss was a doctor and prescribed the vaccine, you have legal authority over your body and can choose not to get it.

The key is Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964. The way religious beliefs has been defined and interpreted is more along the lines of deeply-held moral conviction. Terminating an employee for not getting an unprescribed medical treatment due to their deeply-held beliefs, or even treating them differently than employees who got the unprescribed treatment, absolutely is discrimination.

Religion is definitely valid leverage for a discrimination suit, but the OP's post said nothing about religious convictions. It simply says, if you're fired for being unjabbed, sue for discrimination.

Consider looking up the lawyer Peggy Hall. Religious discrimination is the way to go as the definition and case law is so broad that it essentially means deeply-held beliefs.

From what I can tell, in discrimination suits they'll try and pick apart an employee's grievances and show that there's no discrimination. With religious discrimination that's much harder to do as the burden of proof is on the employer. You don't have to attend church, read the Bible, or even believe in God to be discriminated against for your deeply-held beliefs.

I do agree that in the tweet she should have mentioned the type of discrimination

Think of it this way, if they can fire you for not having an experimental vaccine, can Hobby Lobby ask all their employees who's had an abortion, and then fire everyone who says yes, or doesn't answer? No, that's a civil rights violation.

As for being able to sue, of course you can ALWAYS sue for whatever you want, but the outcome largely depends on the state and judge that hears the case.

There won't be Healthcare organizations as we know them today. Many will be forced to close their doors or sell off because the lawsuits will bankrupt them. There will be so many that the courts will be jammed for years dealing with these.

The healthcare organizations as we know them need to be burned to the ground. Eliminate the big insurance, big pharma, etc. and get back to doctors running their own practice at reasonable rates and performing house calls.

Completely untrue. From what I have read and what has been posted here numerous times, they can and they do mandate things like this. Also, in the event of a supposed pandemic with a highly sensationalized supposed virulent illness, the company needs to protect its employees and the public. Unless you have an employment contract, you are at will, basically fucked.

The EXCEPTION to this and it aligns with their tactics, you CANNOT mandate an experimental injection that is not FDA approved. Comirnaty was approved and the existing one is still under an extended EUA. It's wordsmithed, but comirnaty is the approved versus that has a different legal standing. Everything I am reading states its smoke and mirrors and lies that its approved. Tell them to provide comirnaty and you'll consider the shot, which they cant and wont provide due to the legal liability and the fact that every country outside of the US (thanks msm - accomplices to murder imho) vax death rates are substantially higher than unvaxed. Look at the UK Gov stats- Israel Stats - Singapore etc.

Preach Brother Preach - Spot friggen on, well stated. People need to wake up, they're killing us. Now they are trying to get approval for the 5 to 11 year old? I LOLed with the wife and friends over dinner, there is no way in hell I would take a flu shot. I have not in years, when I did, they did nothing for me and actually got sicker. ZERO trust in the medical community. If that was one of the goals, accomplished 1000%. I would not step into a hospital unless it was beyond life threating at this point. In Australia, they are not saying getting covid once you are vaxxed is a good thing. What was the fucking point of getting the vax in the beginning?

All of the doctors and medical workers who got canned for not taking the vax, need to start up concierge medical. You have a huge untapped market. I would gladly support.

We need these people to go on trial and severe capital public televised punishment for those found guilty.

My employer is doing the same. They said if you don’t get the vax then they consider you resigned. How that’s legal I have no idea.
