God Bless & Protect him! Why don't other AG's step up...the time's long past.
I agree Doc...reminds me of the meme where one valiant soul steps up, then a few more and soon you have army of frogs!
Great one Doc!
I wish every State AG was this factual and brave!
I'm not a doctor, but I'm under the impression that doctors have always been able to prescribe drugs for off-label uses. Ivermectin and HCQ have been around for decades. I'm surprised that doctors are allowing politicians and media nabobs (including Fraudci) to tell them what they can and cannot prescribe.
She is, indeed.
Love Dr. Stella!
Sounds like the school district entities should be utterly dismantled. They are taking bribes at the very least.
I would say “especially religion”. That (Catholicism and the Vatican) was the first compromised entity in my opinion.
AMA is a commie org that has no bearing on licenses or specialty certifications. Being a member of them means you are a commie or you are willingly paying a tax for being stupid.
Doctors work for others. They can face losing their license if they don't follow the bureaucratic guidelines that they have to adhere to.
I wish more of them would say it that way.
All the pharmacies I contacted won't fill ivermectin for covid.
I've been waiting since Sept 6 after a consultation with American Frontline Doctors that I still haven't gotten.
Ordered horse paste and some pills from India that are on their waym
I asked at Publix and the pharmacist wasn't happy about it, but said they'd fill it. Said but she would never take it herself. Well she can kiss my ass, I didn't ask her for her advice, I asked her if she would fill a prescription from a doctor for ivermectin. I've never cared much for her anyway, so don't give a shit what she thinks.
That's terrible!!
Go through FLD again. They are swamped. It took my husband a couple go rounds to get his Ivermectin. Whole process took about 2 weeks. You should have had yours by now. Contact re. status or start again if India doesn't come through.
I'm not paying another $90 consultation for what I should have had already to increase my chances of getting what I should have had.
I appreciate the concern though.
The problem is the PREP Act. As long as hospitals follow CDC guidance on covid, they are immune from liability the same as the Pharma manufacturers. It is literally a license to kill.
It’s great what the Nebraska governor did but it’s going to take some brave docs to step out from under that umbrella of protection.
These medicines save lives. If your Doctor approves, people must be free to choose.
Time to sue! "Class action lawsuits" - Q
I think so as well, however it could vary due to state laws.
We, the people, have all the rights. State laws are to govern public servants, corporations and the like. When we understand that, they are DONE. And the laws are always supposed to be in favor of the people--we're the beneficiaries.
I agree patriot! I believe many of us understand this but until we eliminate the corrupt who are running our world our founding fathers will continue to weep for us.
Lmao pussy tried to get the teacher to have his back, and the teacher bent him over and gave him a paddling.
This is nothing short of monumental. And brilliantly done. The best Covid red pill yet.
Doesn't matter what an AG or other politician says about this. If the individual State Medical Boards don't honor it, [they] will STILL hammer those Drs that would prescribe them. And that's IF you can find any Drs that aren't so indoctrated that they'd actually prescribe those meds.
Not trying to doom here, but from what I've seen, the vast majority of Drs will do anything they can to hide behind "Board" rules, regs, and mandates. It absolves them of their responsibilities to the Hypocratic Oath. An oath that most Drs only take because they have to, not because they want to.
Depending on the state, AGs can get involved if they believe the board is acting outside of its charter or is not serving the public interest.
LITTLE KNOWN MEDICAL FACTOIDS No. 27
Medical physicians have always been not only allowed but encouraged to identify new uses for existing drugs. It not only helps the patient, it saves enormous time and money in drug research and development.
Any doctor has always been able to prescribe any drug for any condition in any patient when in his or her (the only two choices :) opinion it's in the best interest of that patient.
The bizarre notion that doctors should ever, or would ever, seek the approval or permission of some faceless, shamelessly political body before using their expertise and judgment in saving a patient's life is clinically insane.
Not being facetious. Those advancing the notion should be institutionalized in a hospital for the criminally insane, along with all those currently advocating for the vaccine as it's killing hundreds of thousands of victims.
Trump did mean tweet on occasion, all right, and when he did, that was definitely a monumentally horrific threat to the continued existence of the Solar System. But one could argue these constant crimes against humanity are even worse. They must be stopped.
They don't get to walk away from this.
Brilliant legal opinion by AG!
At the end of everything is fixed, we have to make certain that our government can no longer command our doctors how to treat us going forward. It's so beyond belief that its come to this.
Yes, but will the bought out pharmacists, with threats by the government/Leftists to their license, fill it?
Not confusion and misinformation you POS, intentional withholding potential treatments to allow the Fu##ing "vaccine" to get an EUA. You should be indicting these criminals not "calling them out". Unless, of course, you were in on it.
