To be fair he has lost a LOT of weight. It maybe a healthy change, but it does make him look very different from the Kansas we know.

I'm on keto, can confirm weight loss (which also helps you look younger), mine is going slowly, but it's because I don't work out. (I'm not weak, I just don't hit the gym, I lift engines, do house work, etc.)

Isn’t it crazy? I’ve seen women lose a bunch of weight and instantly look ten years older as wrinkles are more pronounced. Sucks, but it’s healthier to get the weight off. Or so we’ve been told
It has to do with fat content in the diet, on keto, the higher the better. I can confirm keto works, as can many others. I don't think he's on keto though. If he is, he's probably not doing it to the far extreme (carnivore status).

I'm pretty good with faces. It's just weight loss - unlike Biden, Killary and possibly Pence.
Weight loss surgery did this for me, I lost 100lbs in 8 months, and I can almost 100% guarantee that he had the surgery from the dramatic weight loss in such a short time.
You don't go from what he looked like in January to this just from healthy eating, fasting or fad diets. Even going hardcore keto won't drop that kind of weight that quickly.

Obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes being risk factors for complications with C19 and every other ordinary virus, I would say he just got smart about lifestyle choices to get healthy. Every other Secretary of State has looked like hell while they served due to the demands of the office, and then suddenly, dramatically began to look healthier after leaving the State Department. It is something I noticed with Madeleine Albright and HRC. All the international travel, disrupted sleep schedules, jet lag, long hours of sedentary work, heavy meals at state dinners as well... I have seen a couple friends achieve similar results with Keto and disciplined workouts.
